Super comfortable room. We had to use the room to do some work as well as sleep and the roominess made this very easy! Great location with lots of food options around.

Inconsistent cleaning of room. We had to ask to get our room cleaned. Sometimes the room was only partially done - towels delivered but not put where they belonged/trash removed but beds not made. Only times the room was really serviced was when we spoke to the staff in the morning insisting our room be serviced.

very friendly helpful staff. The beds were very comfortable, pool was clean, great coffee and breakfast each morn. Manager came in on day off to tend to concerns and came to our room and reset our tv immed on request. Across the board staffing seems to remain an issue no matter where you go and saw same faces 4 days. Our room was clean, stocked well..

It was clean and very affordable . I would stay again. They offered hot tea and coffee 24 hrs. Hot breakfast from 6-9 am . Friendly staff.

They had construction to property . Small things when we got there had a stain on pillow case and sheets .. however they fixed right away. Due to construction some things a missing light fixtures outlet covers ext . But I have to say was a great stay .

The staff who checked us in was wonderful; friendly, funny and very welcoming. Also, the rooms were very clean and bed and sheets were very comfortable.

the hotel is under renovation, so lots of construction materials in the lobby area, and the 4th floor (where our rooms were) was still clearly under construction, so no art on the walls and no carpet in the hallways. The pool area is sort of small

Hotel was a wreck but due to Ian. A little noisy from guests. The breakfast area was a mess some mornings all coffee pots were empty so I drove to the 7/11 for coffee. Dont know if it were guests or employees outside getting high right by the entrance. Not cool.

Staff was always helpful and attentive to our needs. We had a death in the family in Port Charlotte and it was very close to everything we needed to do.

Breakfast the first day was not good. The person(s) who were responsible for it didn't show for work. The other days breakfast was good.

So much to like...Frederick and Alyssa at the front desk were awesome! The room was very clean and our wish to have no entry in our room during our stay was honored completely. The breakfast was hot and very good, those amazing ladies who took care of the area were stellar!! There was a daily issue with some clueless people getting too close without masks, coughing and touching everything...those ladies kept that room spotless and changed out anything that got contaminated. They were the stars of the stay 🏆

There were too many unmasked/careless people walking around...sneezing on the food, coughing and touching everything. It was gross, but the hotel staff made a supreme effort to clean and disinfect surfaces as soon as the offenders left or moved away.

Your property was very close to my family, no more than a ten minute drive. The stores were also in walking distance. Your staff also kept the property clean, and that’s a plus. Your breakfast staff was amazing, each one had a beautiful spirit about them.

The only thing that I didn’t like was the mattress and or box spring or both. I really don’t know which ones need changing, but the bed was very uncomfortable, it was as if the mattress tilted up. So I had restless sleep. So yeah, I would definitely invest in getting new mattresses, and box springs.

For a budget traveller this hotel could not be beat. We made a last minute reservation and showed up just a few hours later. We were greeted with warmth and the front desk went above and beyond to get us to our room early and to check on us during our stay. The breakfast was AWESOME, and the hotel felt fresh and safe. The water was nice and hot and the shower had great pressure. I was very happy.

This is not a hotel you go to for the local charm or stunning view — it’s next to the highway in the middle of a bunch of strip malls. The rooms are comfortable but I could hear the entire convo of my next door neighbor very clearly. That said I was very happy with my stay— the staff, breakfast, nice bed were all I needed.

The hotel is being renovated, no carpet in the hallway no baseboards in the room kindda made it look unfinished. Thought they should have let us know before we got there. Was there for five days and this was our second stay there.
