Our air conditioner was leaking and left a puddle of water in the floor at night. But since we were in the area fishing we didn’t have time to go to the front office to complain since they were closed by the time we left and returned.

Faulty a/c in the room.

Room was cute and very clean. Beds were comfortable and AC delivered cool air to keep us comfortable. Check-in was personable, yet efficient. Key drop-off box was great for check out.

Metal chairs in unit need felt pads on the bottom of the legs to remedy the scraping noise when pulled over tile floor. Parking spaces were almost too narrow for larger SUV vehicles. Common walking areas to rooms showed their age and previous repairs--hopefully renovation of these areas will be accomplished in the near future.

THE ROOM HAD ALL KIND OF SPACE. ROOM SERVICE WAS GREAT AND NO COMPLANTS WHAT SO EVER WITH THE PEOPLE THAT RAN THE PLACE. PLACE WAS CLEANED EVERY DAY INSIDE AND OUT.

THERE WAS A GROUP THAT WANTED TO PARTY ALL NIGHT AT THE GRILLS, BUT REPORTED IT AND IT WAS QUITE FOR THE REST OF THE STAY. SO, IF YOU HAVE ISSUES, THEY WILL BE TAKEN CARE OF ASAP. ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS SAY SOMETHING

Its was close to everything the restaurant next door was fantastic "Mamas"

The beds could have been a little more comfortable but thats minor.

Bed was very comfortable, room was clean and large, very nice for more than one night stay, we liked having a table, dorm sized fridge, ironing board etc. It was not noisy like some places. We liked the parking under the structure.

Wifi password was not provided at check in, had to call for it. Although we had the do not disturb sign out, housekeeping came in anyway to make up the room while we were gone. No big deal.

All aspects of the stay were excellent! We loved the renovations and attention to detail of the makeover. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. The location was ideal for dining and beach visits.

Loved our experience with your accommodation. Everything was great quality and wonderful location. We were able to walk to two great rest restaurants right near your place and easily drive to Englewood Beach. Your pool was clean and spacious. All of your staff were pleasant and very helpful. We were well pleased with our stay and hope to return soon. Thanks for being Dog friendly too.

Clean, new sheets on both beds, 2 blankets, full size coffee maker, 2 sinks, small refrigerator, microwave,large tv with many channels, stayed 2 nights and they cleaned our room and replaced all towels. The pool area was clean

The bathroom was clean but needs to be painted. The elevator needs to be updated and painted.

Room is huge! Love that. Staff is very friendly. Perfect location. Close to my family. Wish we could have stayed longer. This was our 2nd time staying and we will be back.

My room was missing the big chair. My husband sat in that chair on our last trip to watch TV .

Affordable, great location. It's actively being remodeled and upgraded. We stayed on side away from road (canal view, sun) and it was really quiet; road-facing side may be louder. Parking is under the motel and there's an elevator. Room felt large despite a king-sized bed, small fridge, small microwave, and double sinks. It was sanitized every day. Pool area was excellent. Office and public spaces were locked for pandemic. Staff was very friendly, responsive, and helpful. Plenty of great food and beaches nearby.

There is still some remodeling to be done - rust stains, peeling caulk, paint - but staff seems diligent and eager to improve. Door locks were upgraded while we were there (staff was conscientious not to disturb us), and a load of new appliances were delivered to the parking lot before we left.

Value for the money. Good location close to the beach.

The swimming pool which looked nice and publicized as in operation was out of operation upon arrival and never opened the 3 days we were there.
