Four Points By Sheraton Punta Gorda Harborside

The location in the water with the lights on the trees was beautiful at night. We spent every night at least taking a small walk or sitting on the benches looking at the water.

Parking, getting on and off property. Our first night which was a Saturday there was a live band at the Tiki area. There was no parking left open for actual staying guess. We drove around for more than 10 mins. Looking for a place to park and ended up having to park on the grass and mud. Make sure to have enough parking for your guest who are paying to stay there vs people coming to see free music. Also there should really be more than one way in and out.

The room was super clean. The building was clean and well kept. The location was great! The food was excellent and the the staff was attentive. I would like to give a special shout out to the gentlemen who worked the bar/grill inside the Sheraton on the evening of Tuesday 6/14/2022. They were the kindest most accomodating workers I met in a long time. I think their names were Dan and Billy and I apologize if I do not have that right. I have diet restrictions and they went out of the way to review my options so I could make the best choice for my needs. My meal was excellent!!!! Most people do not care enough, but he did and I want to thank him.

Loved everything. My stay was exceptional.

The staff at the outside bar were amazing they were so friendly and made us laugh the band on Friday night was outstanding we had a great time

We had dinner at the inside bar on Friday night the staff that took care of us were not very nice kind of rude my partner ordered all you can eat fish fry first peice was good second peice came out raw in the inside had to sit and wait for someone to come back to us because they all disappeared he was so upset we got the bill and left

it wasn’t just a hotel but a resort! location fabulous! Pet friendly & close to town beautiful view!

Front desk staff couldn’t find my reservation eventually did! Did not inform me of any hotel amenities…pool , restaurants etc. Had to figure it out for myself which is unacceptable for this resort! I use to work for the Marriott would never get away with not informing guests of what the hotel has to offer!

The location is excellent. There are so many great places to listen to live music , grab a bite to eat or shop within close walking distance . Or you can use the complimentary bikes and take a ride to Fisherman's Village for even more choices ,But if you just want to hang out at the resort there is a pool with a hot tub, a tiki bar right on the harbour with great entertainment, drinks , beautiful sunsets and fire pits for those cool nights . The staff is very friendly and accommodating. We also loved the rooms with dark blinds and very comfortable beds for sleeping in after a late night out plus check out is at noon !! We will definitely be back soon 😊

The restaurant in the hotel was excellent The hotel had a shuttle service The hotel is on a beautiful boardwalk to Fisherman’s village

Booked a balcony room and didn’t find out until check in that all balcony rooms were being renovated

The property is near the water and has fantastic views! The Tiki bar and restaurant was a plus because we didn’t have to drive and they offered a great band that night.

Our bathroom had some rust in the shower and sink was a bit dirty near faucet Entrance to the hotel is very tricky

Four Point’s Hospitality, hotel restaurant, TT’s Tiki Bar & Restaurant , entertainment, location, customer service, friendliness and cleanliness were all top notch! Very conveniently located to Punta Gorda airport and with a rental car, we could visit a different beach everyday!

This is the way a hotel should be run the staff was friendly The View was beautiful the bed was comfortable and it was exceptionally clean and to my surprise the restaurant was excellent really good

I couldn't find a thing wrong with this hotel and I travel a lot

The bathroom was roomy and so clean .. just amazing. Breakfast was wonderful ..staff was so friendly and polite so accommodating. From the moment we walked into the hotel the young lady at the front desk was so polite.. when we were bringing in our luggage there was a gentleman who by the way was clearly on break..but who went out of his way to run down the hallway to open up the door hold it for us. Amazing...

I wish that you had more variety of tea ... more real sugar and half & half cups... but more than that.. I do not do half and half so some type of almond milk in this day and age would go along way...
