Latitude 26 Waterfront Boutique Resort - Fort Myers Beach

Overall this is a great place to stay and a great location close beach. The facility was clean, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. We loved and enjoyed all the included amenities, such as kayaks, fishing poles, and bikes—lots of things to enjoy right at the resort.

The breakfast was a little weak and you had to get there early. I would suggest adding in a waffle maker. It is a cheap way to bring it up a level and extend it so supplies are less likely to run out. I would also suggest looking into repairing some of the bikes and making them safer to use.

Room was nicely decorated, and very clean! Wish location was a little closer to the beach it was too far to walk to and sometimes trolleys were hard to catch. Enjoyed sitting by the marina and paddling around in the kayaks!

Breakfast needs improvement, too many sugary items. Room wasn’t stocked with enough utensils, forks, knives, spoons, cups, bowls and plates. Room should also have tissues and paper towels, I had to go to Walmart to buy! Also was very disappointed when making the reservation I let the girl know that we were coming in to celebrate two memorable birthdays one turning 60 and one turning 70. I was told there was going to be a little something special in our room for us and when we arrived there was nothing in our room.

It is such a cozy little place with very nice people. The employees were so nice and courteous. The rooms were so CLEAN and a very good size for me. The grounds had nice touches everywhere 👌🏾. The pool came in clutch in the balmy hot Florida weather. The room came with some kitchen items, with a fridge and a microwave, which came in handy to warm up my food and keep my drinks cold. I like how they have to massive grills outside! I thought it was quiet, so I'm not sure where the other review heard noise from and I have excellent hearing. All in all, I loved the place, and the only thing that needs an extra umph is the breaky.

The breakfast was umm.... lacking a bit. The hospital OJ cups, no coffee creamer, no spoons to eat the yogurt or oatmeal, nothing to toast but there was a toaster for some reason, and very snacky. It was kid tailored, very high sugar stuff. Did I eat some items?! Of course, I was starving! Lol. The peach yogurt was amazing though and the fresh fruit.

Adorable decor. Rooms well appointed and exceptionally clean. Ease and availability of free Paddleboards, kayaks, bicycles. Personable and excellent staff & night manager. Grounds beautifully manicured and maintained. Beds very comfortable. Location was serene and beautiful. Relaxing chairs overlooking boats and water. Manatee and sea life right outside our doorstep. Breakfast location outside was magical. Pool & area superbly maintained. Wanted to stay much longer!!

Breakfast didn't have any protein without sugar. Majority of items contained sugar and white flour. Suggestion: hard boiled eggs.

We used the location because it was very near the Key West Ferry which left at 8 am but started boarding at 7am. We didn't want to drive from St. Petersburg the same day. The resort has done an amazing job to recover from Hurricane Ian so quickly. It looks beautiful. The rooms were very clean with new bedding. We couldn't stay for the breakfast because we left so early. The pool area was superb, very fresh and clean. We would stay with you again for sure.

The air conditioner was quite noisy although very efficient. Perhaps mini splits in the future after you've totally recovered?

Clean , well kept and beautiful landscape work. The pool was spotless and the decor in the rooms was pleasing.

This place is paradise and heavenly! from the moment we checked-in till the end of our stay the staff was courteous and friendly. I love that all the amenities are complimentary aside of the booking being reasonable. I would like to thank the lovely ladies and manager at the front desk area for their kindness and being very personable! , and we must not forget the gentleman property caretaker that makes sure breakfast and coffee is properly displayed and very clean!!! This gentleman is in the property by 7am and makes sure all recreational areas are clean and up to par! So you, lovely families and couples without children can also enjoy this island “replica” Tiki- bungalow 🌴🌴🎋🐚🐚. Enjoy….Future guest’s.

Nice staff. Nice hotel. Good fishing in the canal using the complimentary kayak. Snook, snapper, seatrout and even tarpon in the area.

I've stayed here several times and like this hotel. Unfortunately room 113 has a squishy mattress and the AC is a little loud. Don't let this deter you, it's still a great spot.

Loved the pool, the music the plants and outside greenery was great, the fire pit and kayaking was fun and convenient. Comfortable room and helpful staff. Washer and dryer convenient. Breakfast was easy and nice nothing fancy but plentiful. A cute place a motel boutique is a perfect name. Would definitely stay again lovely neighborhood convenient to beach. Felt safe! Cute room with wall fake fireplace which put out heat when we needed it. It was a charming place with great staff..

It would be nice if light and fan were on separate switches in bath. Check behind bed to make sure it’s dusted in that area. Rest of room was clean maybe a basket or built in box to fit under the bench at foot of bed to put our.clothes in would be helpful.

We liked it overall! Suce a nice and cozy place to stay.
