Fort Lauderdale Marriott Coral Springs Hotel & Convention Center

Very nice hotel. Ernesto welcomed us at check-in and was a pleasure. A beautiful and clean hotel. We were there 4 nights and never had any issues. We used all the facilities; pool, gym, business center, and conference rooms. The location was perfect for us. About a 25-minute drive to Deerfield Beach. We enjoyed a local restaurant The Fish Joint for dinners, which was only 5 minutes away.

For a family of 5, the breakfast was a little pricey for us.

Ricardo, the bartender downstairs, was a wonderful addition to the staff. He made the evening drinks extra enjoyable. The beds in the rooms were like sleeping on a cloud! Combined with the blackout curtains, I could have slept the whole day.

More coffee items in the room, such as additional creamers and sugars.

We arrived and were pleasantly greeted by more than just one person. Facility was kept very clean surprisingly because we noticed they allowed pets. So that was a plus in our book. Glad no microwave in the room since we feel that brings unwanted pests to a room!!

Not enough handicap parking, no refrigerator in the room at first . (However once I called to inquire why they had one delivered immediately!) And the only bad thing I can say is the mattress seems to be a bit dated or old, as it tends to lean towards the floor of each side of the mattress. It was comfortable if you moved towards the middle of the bed. Otherwise you felt like you were going to fall off the bed. ( possibly the mattress pad was not the correct size for the King size bed. They should check that out. However, we would stay there again we survived for 4 nights.

For us the location and basically a clean hotel . No bugs is a must for us! Smelled clean as you entered both the hotel and your individual room.

Not enough handicap parking for us. 4 spots up front is way low for the size of this hotel ! Especially when you have a hard time walking with a bum leg! Also our room this stay ( we’ve stayed here before and we’re very impressed) room was not as clean as a prior visit. Possibly the maid was overwhelmed with work so we’ll let it slide this time but I fixed what was wrong so we’re good now.

More than enough to eat at the restaurant & the gym was the best. Very colorful hotel & decorated for Christmas made it so surreal. The cleaning personal didn't have to check us every day so we could leave our stuff out wherever we put it. Towels were readily available.

Bathrom floor had hairs that were not picked up & the adjoining room had a slow draining tub

The property is very nice. great location! Staff is great! Beds very comfortable. Rooms clean, lots of towels. Restaurant and bar downstairs, breakfast buffet in the morning, we loved it!! Definitely would come back to stay at this hotel <3

Persis in restaurant was very friendly and professional. Your Omelette lady makes the best omelette. Another housekeeper forgot her name was very helpful when I needed a hand.

I loved the property in every way.

The cable TV was out more than 50% of the trip making television and the internet unavailable and this killed a part of my plans.

When I arrived late in the evening, Ben who was on duty was very pleasant! He accommodated me well and granted me a late checkout. My room overlooked the golf course which was lovely. I enjoyed that there weren't many guests so the place was quiet which I needed. The next day, Chris was very kind and helpful with the issue with my door.

Because of Covid, there was no food (other than snacks) on the property so that was an adjustment but I used Uber Eats which was easy. Unfortunately the lock on my room door was broken so I got locked out of my room for about 20 - 30 minutes while the staff tried to unlock the door. Everyone was very kind and apologetic... it just wasn't nice to have to eat my food in the hallway.

The property is gorgeous, the view of the hotel completely beautiful. I stayed during Covid, the hotel was clean, everyone followed procedure. The hotel is up to date. It’s everything you expect from the Marriot. The hotel was good about getting back to me about some request since I was traveling there for a competition from out of state. They provided me with an early check in which made my day!

No complaints, honestly my check in was quick. My room was clean, my view was beautiful, and my checkout was the same.
