This was a quick (too tired to keep driving) stop. Made the reservation at 11:00 pm, pulled in at mid-night, then gone by 6:00 am. I did want to write a review because my main fear in a hotel is bugs and I always look over every inch of the room before I unpack - there were no bugs! The room was clean, there were no weird smells, the bed was comfy enough for a hotel bed and the gentleman working was very nice, even at midnight. He had a smile and made sure to tell me that coffee would be ready at 6:00 am. The only reason I have rated an 8 is because all I wasn't there long enough to properly inspect the rest of the items.

The sheets were old and a couple of spots had shredded - Not that big of deal to me but they appeared old.

Missing the distantly located hotel entrance sign and finding myself in the right-turn-only lane to get on I-10 with no driveway to the hotel. I had to drive about 30-40 miles before I could exit the Interstate and turn around and drive back. I blame not the hotel, really, but my Maps 'person' telling me to make a U-turn I could not make because of intervening car traffic and had to take the next u-turn opportunity and, drove right by the small sign, and ended up on I-10 heading East. :-) Just another adventure.

The staff was really freindly from the fromt desk mainly jennifee who talk to was very knowledgeable about the area and what to do the cleaning staff mainly allan was really good and any issues we ran across he got us squared away quickly and was making rounds through out the day if he saw ya asked if every thing was ok and what he could do to make it better just an amazing staff stayed here for about 2 weeks no issues at all would recomind if your in the area between price and quality of stay cant top it even staying at the holiday inn for twice as much.

Fresh lining. Room smelled clean and fresh. Lady at front desk was extra nice and friendly. Man was picking up cig butts on the ground and parking lot in the late evening to tidy the area. Quiet area but still walking distance to restaurant and convenient store.

Room could use a spring cleaning. Example bathroom door and frig door looked like they could be wiped down. Room was super clean: shower, sink and counter, toilet, tops of desk and furniture.

Lobby and public space is well done and immaculate . No breakfast , no problem, has a pool open and clean. Front desk reception Jennifer , Wendy and Wendy & Jeff are exceptional. Housekeepers are helpful , friendly . Best towels , quality and plentiful daily.

Refresh needed on washer dryer to card operated . Vending machines snd ATM are relics. Easy things I’m sure they will do when finished renovation . Phones looking tired, mine not working . But all this is what I would do . Amazing what technology in all things , does for your brand . Buying good washer dryer would reduce complaints , and pay for themselves .

Liked the staff when needed something was giving to me. Good location as well stores and restaurants near by.

I didn't like the fact they have 2 pools and only use the inside one... however both pools need some TLC water was leaking from roof of the inside pool and the outside pool looked bad shapped which was closed..

Very comfortable and clean .

Breakfast was horrible coffee was decent . But if your a diabetic YOUR in trouble. My husband couldnt eat or me all sugar .offer is sugar cereal or waffels. Plus we are spoiled with using coffee creamers not powder creamers. Disapointed with breakfast. We just got breakfast somewhere else and coffee.

The night clerk was awesome very informative felt good.

When we checked out, the morning clerk was very cold. No good morning, nothing, didn't stay anything about or stay or concerns. Was not expecting this so early from the clerk if the night clerk was awesome. It's disappointing when checking out.

The clean pool! Most of the time when you go to a hotel you stay away from the pool but this one was great!! As well as nice clean spacious rooms.

That they stated they had breakfast in the morning both on the website AND when we checked in then the next day said they didn't. Same with the hot tub it says online its open but when we got there it was all bricked up.

Service was great, room was comfortable. Considering it is one of the oldest hotels in Crestview, I’ve been there many times. Not perfect but met my needs. Definitely clean and everything worked fine.
