Regency Inn Near Boardwalk & Hurlburt Field

My son, boyfriend, and I stayed for a week. Overall we had a great stay for the price!! There were some guys hanging out outside and I called the front desk because it was 10 at night and they shut it down IMMEDIATELY! The staff was pretty nice, hotel was clean, and bed was comfortable!

The parking lot was a little crammed, as long as you don’t park in the corners you will be fine! I did get blocked in because someone parked behind me, but after speaking to the guy in the office the vehicle was moved!

Easy access to everything local. Great location. Polite front desk attendees

I was really shocked it didnt have a coffee maker. We had to purchase our own to use for the week. The room had a "iffy" comforter on bed (we nvr said anything about it) we bought our own too.

Pet friendly, pool, clean, close to restaurants and stores.

A bit pricey. We were evacuating from hurricane Ida. Many hotels were offering discounts or were waiving pet deposits if you were from affected areas. However, I didn’t know that until after we checked out.

I was pleasantly surprised at how clean the property and hotel room was...especially after i read old reviews. But it was definitely worth the price and the location was in the middle of everything we wanted to do. No breakfast but who cares! All the close restaurants made us happy anyway. Our smokinh room didnt even smell like smoke. We will be going back very very soon!

I like the new updated furniture looks like they did a small remodel

The remodel isn't complete burn holes in bed, holes in walls. Even for smoking rooms they don't seem to clean very well or clean air filters. I stayed in 208....terrible smell and dirty 201 much cleaner and smelt.cleaner.

Pretty much everything. A nice Indian employee checked me in and everyone else was nice too.

Nice and clean. Location was perfect for our stay.

Only gave us one key card. When I locked myself out and had to get another key card the one my husband had was disabled. He was gone with the key when I had to get a new one. Only one key card for a room with two people? I just don’t understand. Shower was terrible! One of those water saving shower heads that’s mostly just a mist. No kleenex. Plastic mattress covers which are very hot, uncomfortable, and noisy. Best part was the price.

I liked how quiet it was. You couldn't hear your neighbor so to speak.

Need a bigger parking lot. Also need to get a thicker blanket for the bed. 2 thin blankets kind of sucked.

How close of a drive it was to the beach and the best rates around. The pool was clean and the two staff members I dealt with were friendly.

Staff was courteous, friendly and helpful. Fixed the shower drain the following day. Allowed me to reserve the same room again at same price.

Refrigerator is broken... seal coming off so it won't close. Shower was slow to drain.
