They charge a 200 deposit on your credit card! Should have been explained before stay. Yes it was refunded in 48 hours after your stay

The location was perfect. They provided sandwich bags for breakfast that included a breakfast sandwich, fruit and either a muffin or cheese danish. The price was definitely worth it for the area.

Outdated. Our room floor leaked water the whole time that we were there. The curtains in the room don’t close all the way so the room didn’t get completely dark. Rooms are pretty small along with bathroom. There is a sofa bed in the room, but it’s only a twin size.

The room was clean and a great size! The breakfast was more than I could have asked for; it had all the essentials to start the day. The staff was lovely and pleasant when I had general questions to ask. I would definitely stay again if I am ever in the area.

The pillows were small which I thought would be a problem, but it turned out great!! Nothing to complain about....

The staff (SPECIFICALLY OVERNIGHT)

I got up to stick my feet in the hot tub and I was told that the pool didn’t open until 12pm but the hot tub hours said 7am and that is where I was. So I feel as though because the are in the same area, they should not have different opening hours. It’s a conflict. Obviously I knew the pool hours and that’s why I opted to get in the hot tub. So when one of the staff members came in to tell me that the pool open at 12pm, I thought that was funny considering I was not in the pool.

The hotel and location was excellent

I didn't like your front desk clerk that checked us in and the supervisor and clerk that checked us out my son and his wife slept in a hot room the weekend and they couldn't move because my husband a paraplegic and I needed them close to help with my husband and they sent some one that's deaf to check the air and they could have given a discount

Clean rooms and friendly staff

Breakfast could have used a few more basic items. Orange juice was broken while we were there. Wasn’t enough Coffee and it didn’t get refilled quickly. No muffins or fruit for quick grab items. Other than that it was very good

The location was awesome. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. It is a 200 deposit when you check in. They return it in the morning 3-4 depending on your bank. Really enjoyed the room and my family Happy Thanksgiving 😊

The breakfast could have been a little better. The curtains in the room let in a bit too much sunlight. Basically when the sun comes up so are you if you are a light sleeper.

It felt like home when we got there. It was the first hotel that I went to where I wasn’t automatically homesick when I arrived!

I didn’t like that when we took our showers, the floor got flooded. Our belongings got soaked. They gave us a different room next door, & the same thing happened the next day. But not near as bad! When we pay good money for our hotel. I would hope not to run into problems like these.

The beds were so comfortable and the place was so clean!!! Perfect size for our family of 5.

The breakfast was pretty empty every time we went. Juice and coffee empty. The indoor pool had so much chlorine it burned our eyes just by walking in the room. Price was a lil high for the quality and location. The WiFi kept going off. The fitted sheet kept coming off the bed. Only one elevator was working so that was a lil stressful.
