La Costa Beach Club by Capital Vacations

I didn't get a chance to do to any Breakfast. Had to get to the dive boat earlier. it was a very quiet night of sleep, Thank you. Safe, Parking was safe, secure . I like the key for the room access . a wrist band that you wear to easily open the. room door. Plenty of towels and bathroom was clean. nice place to stay for a week or more and use the entire kitchen with full sized stove, refrigerator and toaster too. tv has everything too.easy walking to restaurants. Very nice Beach front access. There also an out door shower to wash off the sand. huge nice clean bbq gas grills outside too. next time be sure to get the rooms high up and facing the Atlantic Ocean !!!

Needs a light switch at door entry to turn on and off lights. No electrical outlets close by bed? Next time i will bring an extension cord,lol. no big deal. all good.

This location was heavenly. The view from my room and my sister room below me was eyepopping.

The spa was hot but didn't work properly. I had three rooms and one was totally separated from the other two.

Location is right on the beach. Easy access to restaurants, shopping, and other local activities. Staff is exceptional... very helpful and friendly. Quiet atmosphere... perfect for sun bathing and relaxation! Super clean condo with all the necessities as well as beautifully kept grounds. We will stay at La costa again!

Heated pool has no sun this time of year because of shading from building next door. But waa able to sun bathe at other pool all day but that pool water was quite chilly. Also, access to 2nd floor is stairs only for the building we were in. Thus, carrying luggage and grocery could be challenging for those with limited mobility. However, staff were available to help.

Missing and damaged screens for windows. No screen for door. An invitation for mosquitoes! Check in process at 4pm a bit chaotic. The detour at check in to talk to the time share person trying to rope us into a marketing junket the next day was annoying. The 4pm check in rule despite rooms being cleaned and available before that seemed overly draconian. We ended up having to wait around for several hours.

We had been there a couple of weeks earlier. I gave the resort rave reviews on the RCI site, but was not happy with the room. We had a second week booked through RCI, but we cancelled and used Booking.com. Our room was on the third floor in an area that I had discovered when I was spending time out of the not so good room. It was Room 312 and had a large open patio looking out over the ocean. It had one bedroom with a full kitchen. It was the perfect spot for our last week in Pompano. As I stated, the resort is gorgeous...and the staff is wonderful, just choose your room carefully because it makes all the difference. Thank you, LaCosta!

There was nothing that I did not like. Everything was perfect.

Decent sized studio room. Was very clean and comfortable. Full sized kitchen fully stocked with everything we could need

The outdoor porch light on my room was out, so it was a little dark when coming back to the room at night. Also the bed blankets were thin, making the room a little cold. But these were only minor issues, if all l I were just looking for something to complain about. Overall, room was very good, and met all of our expectations.

The location was great. I love that this location is on the beach. I like that there are 2 outdoor and 1 indoor pool. All the staff was so friendly and helpful. We have stayed here 3 times now and will definitely stay again. My coffee pot did not work and they replaced it but it didn’t work either. I was on my way to the office to see about getting another one and one of the staff members saw me and ask me what was wrong. He was so helpful and kind. They made sure I got a new one immediately.

Although the majority of our room was clean and everything mostly updated, the floors needed to be swept and the sheets and comforters didn’t seem clean. Our comforter on the bed had spots on it that were dirty and the sheets did too. On the pull out couch we found dead spiders on the sheet protectors And it looked liked it had not been changed. We did get these changed out so that worked out.

We ate at a little bistro style restaurant near the drawbridge. It was wonderful and they had homemade pastries and muffins.

Our stay was absolutely perfect. I have never stayed in a more well equipped hotel room in my life. It was just like being at home, there was even a corkscrew. No dishpan, but I may have just missed it. We cooked a full dinner our first night there for 6 of us, and probably saved hundreds of dollars, of course the corkscrew helped also.

Beach front location deserves highlighting. Proximity to a selection of restaurants adds value. Friendly and caring staff is exceptional.

Stuffy air in the room as we entered the room until we turned on the fans and A/C, turned us off. Room (Studio) is a very compact design, there is hardly any room to set the ironing board or clothes rack provided by resort on the bed is pulled out and set on the floor. Though the unit included a pullout couch bed for a a third guest, not recommended for triple occupancy.

The Front Office staff were so helpful with recommendations to local resturants. The view was amazing! Such a great value for the two days we stayed.

We booked a murphy bed that was not the most comfortable, but that is pretty typical for murphy beds.
