Room was great even though was not the one I reserve but Jennie accommodate us because we had our grandson and grand baby . Great food by the pool side and Breakfast was great! Thank you so much

Valet staff should be more friendly !

The room was nice. We stayed in a 2 queen studio with balcony and partial ocean view. We were on the 8th floor. The e view was great. You could see the ocean and the city of pompano and ft. Lauderdale. The staff was friendly and helpful. Part of the breakfast was good. Oatmeal with nuts, brown sugar and raisins. Several different cereals and yogurt. Muffins, bread, bagels, fruit and different juices. Of course there was coffee too with different sweeteners and creams

You could park on site but it cost $32 a day and it was valet only. The breakfast was free and had several options but the hot food wasn't very good.. powdered eggs, veggie sausage? Which is some sort of sausage made from veggies and there was rotating meat selection. One day it was smoked sausage and the next it was sausage patties. The last day it was bacon but the bacon had the same thickness as shaved lunch meat. If you stacked 5 slices up it might equal 1 normal slice.

My husband and I came here on our honeymoon and we arrived really late at night. There were barely any street lights on or lighting on the beach because of the sea turtles. Which was cool to learn since we had no idea why. Anywho, the room we stayed in was clean and had a balcony that can view the beach. This hotel provides breakfast from 6 am to 10 am. The staff was nice and attentive as well.

What we didn't like about this hotel, is that it is far away from everything. such as restaurants and entertainment. If you are the type that likes to get out and walk to restaurants and entertainment places, this is not the hotel for you. You will have to travel a few miles for food options and entertainment. The marketplace in the hotel is expensive. So it would be best to buy snacks, drinks, and bottles of water from a Walmart or publix that is nearby for your room.

Very spacious rooms. Fitted with a kitchennette, two bathrooms, two TV's and awasher and dryer. Pool had enough places for the guests. Free towels for the pool and the beach. Flavored water provided at pool.

The breakfast area needs to be remodeled. There isn't enough places for the guests to sit and eat. A majority of the guests took the good back to their rooms, most likely leading to excess waste. While hotel bars aren't cheap, this one was over the top. $40+ for 2 cokes, 1 bottle of beer and a premade frozen daquiri.

The rooms are huge ! Three huge windows looking out to the ocean. The beds were so comfortable we took naps every day. Lots of room for a family of four.

There were a lot of updates, which was nice but not the best workmanship. Everything at the hotel was very expensive. Feeding a family of four was $120 every time. 18% gratuity was added to Every purchase which was not horrible because staff was amazing.

The hotel was next to the beach. There was a shower before getting back to the pool area from the ocean. There was also a small and nice restaurant ( great for a quick lunch at the pool) . The area was spotless and gardeners and staff were cleaning and tidying stuff all day long. Very comfortable beds. The staff at the lobby were really nice and helpful. The breakfast was basic ( due to covid restrictions) and you could have it near the pool or take it to the rooms.

The pool was crowded with babies with nappies . The Hotel does not have parasols at the beach ( there is a rental company that charges 60 US for the umbrella and 2 chaise longs). The entrance to the rooms is old and looks more like a motel but the rooms are fine . The only wat to park the car is with a valet parking system ( not great in covid moments...having other people drive your car is not ideal). There are no shops or places to go by nearby. The location is not great.

Breakfast was good. The attendants, pleasant. Fresh and hot offerings. Staff at front of the house, Jason, Christine, Michelle, Derrick, Nelson, Rene, Carlos were quickly helpful when my medical alert dog, Spencer, had a heat stroke. Their attention to Spencer helped him have a good time around. Many thanks to each et al, if I left unintentionally left anyone out.

The sofa in the room was tattered. Not what I would expect at this price point. Pots and pans were deplorable.

The staff was exceptional nice . Julisia at the front desk is a shining star!! The property was clean. The food was great! My room was super spacious 1 King , 2 queens , 2 bathroom, washer dryer , kitchen , two balconies, etc..

The alcoholic beverages seem to be watered down , literally. My guest ordered a drink she thought was weak so they brought out and shot to add to her drink and it had no smell and was tasteless. We end up ordering bottles from the local winery via Shipt app and got it delivered.

Property was clean, staff was great. Restaurant was very expensive and not a great selection. We ate most of our meals at the outdoor restaurant next door.

Property needs to upgrade the temperature controls in the suites. thermostat is only in one room. The room without the thermostat got way too warm to use and it was the room with the kitchen, couch and bed that was too hot to be comfortable.

Breakfast was just ok. Pool area was best I’ve been to, and beach was great.

Toilet paper was the worst, cheapest, just bad. Ice maker didn’t work in fridge, but all our stuff like lunch meat and fruit in the fridge froze! Only valet parking was a pain, and expensive.
