available drinks and food on the premises including the beach front. definitely get the resort fee, got us chairs and umbrellas for free on beach.

I wish I would have known they are building a new building next door and that they are trucking sand in front of the hotel on the beach. it was noisy Friday and Monday, they did stop over the weekend.

From start to finish we had a wonderful stay. The Front Desk staff were exceptional, the room and balcony were beautifully designed and lovely. The valet service and system as well as all of the valets were friendly, accommodating and efficient. The beach was wonderful. The vehicle to deliver and stack beach chairs was a brilliant addition for the hard-working guys on the beach. It made their job possible in the heat. All hotel operations functioned well.

The add-on fees are offensive. $34 + Tax to park in addition to a $20 Resort Fee. Also $25 for an umbrella is an exorbitant cost. There should be more options for viewing on the TV. Very little channel selection.

Excellent location- right by the beach. The staff was amazing, super friendly. The receptionists were super friendly and helpful. We received a pass for a free drink when we checked in. The room was clean, the bathroom was super clean, the view was beautiful. I would def recommend!

The cleaning person needs to be more mindful when cleaning the rooms, she kept slamming and throwing things right next to my room and woke me up!

Nice location , no fee to have beach chairs and umbrella, great breakfast that was included in the price . Happy Hour was fun and I enjoyed the live music by the pool when they had it. I would definitely return. Beachfront suite rooms are very nice.

The bed was a little hard, the bike rentals were a bit expensive so I didn’t partake in that. I was bummed that the spa was only open Thursday- Saturday while I was staying there. You may want to check in advance for a spa experience if traveling Sun- Wednesday.

I loved the hotel overall; beach was super peaceful and staff was extremely helpful.

the mandatory valet; 35$ and they left my window down and it rained super hard the last night of my stay and the valet just cleaned my floor mats and now my passenger window doesn't roll up. I love my car and it just hurts because I feel like I got taken advantage of.

The proximity to the beach was great. Valet was responsive and kind. Breakfast - delicious. Building Maintenance - Our broken tub stopper was fixed, as well as our tv's that would not come on.

Room - When we arrived, we were informed that the hotel was overbooked and that we needed to downgrade our room reservation. Once we arrived to our rooms, our televisions were dysfunctional and the tub would not drain. We informed the front desk that our rooms were dirty & that our sheets were filthy. Instead of changing sheets, they sent up linens and asked us to do it ourselves. Our rooms were never cleaned during our 4 day stay.

Pool and beach

Elevator was broken and the only working one was very slow. Stairs were located outside, ask there was no convenient way to get to room.
