Comfort Inn Naples East I-75

It was super cleaned. It smelled very cleaned & nice walking through the building which was very nice . Our room was perfect for myself & husband and our daughter. Very spacious , the balcony was a nice add on and relaxing . Their Breakfast selection had a lot of choices and was accommodating to my whole family . Very good area , easy to find right off of I-75 .

The only thing I did not like was when I was checking out and I expressed to the young lady who was working the front desk that my stay was amazing and we will definitely be back here again to stay ,she just nodded and didn’t really engage back , which is fine but I think when customers are giving positive feed back the employees should engage more with a more positive attitude .

I went to the bar one time and it was a terrible experience. The food was great and I wish I felt like going back again, but the atmosphere was horrendous. The group along the bar was yelling and swearing at each other. They w=seemed to be regulars and had a lot emotions. The male bartender had no problem smoking while standing around. The female bartender seemed to be a member of the rowdy patrons. She did her job, but seemed to like the poor atmosphere surrounding the bar. There is no way this could be a family place, even though the food was good. If this was in a city's party area, I would understand. But I don't see this as a good impression for a hotel.

I loved the breakfast every morning and that it lasts until 10:00 am! I loved how our room was so accessible to an entrance and that the bathroom shower was so big! I also loved that the hotel was so close to Paradise Coast Sports Complex!

One thing that could have been better is at least one more chair in the room. When we would order food, one of us (myself, husband, and son) would have to eat on the bed.

Room was good and it was clean, mattress was comfortable. Breakfast was good.

Outdoor Bar facility on corner of the hotel building had all kinds of noise and profanity spewing out of the screen walls (not glass enclosed) as we came up to the hotel at 8:30 pm. We pre-booked the room and we were tired otherwise we would have found a different hotel. We wound up in a room a distance away and we did not hear the bar activity in our room so it was pretty much a non issue but the initial impression was NOT good. The TV took literally about 10 seconds or more to change channels and there was no guide channel. It could take you like 15 minutes to wind up finding something mediocre to watch and even then only because you could not take changing the channel one more time. May sound really minor to some people but it was seriously annoying.

The size of the room was excellent. The amenities were great, stove, microwave, fridge, and plate, glasses, and cutlery as well. The room was clean every day by the time we got back. Nice bar by the pool. Just wished the pool open a little later.

The AC sounded like an airplane taking off every time it chipped in so that affected sleep a little. Some how we kept sneezing when we were in the room for more than a few hours so most of our time at the bar by the pool. The room was clean and no evidence of dusty seen but we were stuffy and sneezing by the end of the trip. When we arrived the AC in the hall way was off so it was hot and it smelt musty..

Good stay close to hwys and a cl o se waltmart

I needed to extend for 1 hour my check out due to having mechanic issue on my car that I ask front desk so I can take a shower and she deny my request to give me until noon check out.

I enjoyed the breakfast just wanted some bacon , but the sausage links was okay. There was this lady I think her name was Tina , but she was serving the breakfast, she was awesome. I ate the breakfast there on Sunday April 4th. She was awesome I had to tell her how awesome she was . Employees like her needs to be recognized, I will say the hold staff, it’s just her hospitality was amazing she made you feel like you was in you Mom kitchen .Great Job 👍

The location it was easy to find it just was in the cut, but it was around a lot of places to eat and shop , so that made up for it. I will come back to stay.

easy check in with no issues. Given a main floor room instead of 2nd floor. very friendly staff. Clean room, bathroom clean.

Very noisy in adjacent rooms and across the hall. Could hear all conversations with raised tones. Woke us up at 6am and lasted about half hour. As we fell back asleep, it started all over again. It could be an issue if we stayed longer than only overnight.

Front desk lady RoseAnna is the best!! Very intelligent on her surroundings!!! I would give her a million stars if I could! Very clean and beautiful property!! The owners of the tiki bar were amazing!!

well laid out room,very comfortable beds nice/shower bathroom,very quite,very close to the beaches and downtown Naaples!!

Carpets needed cleaning in my room(309),sofa also needs cleaning,Could do with a new shower head,Sprinkler head cover in the bathroom totaly rusty!!,would have given all excellent if not for these things!!
