Fairfield Inn and Suites by Marriott Naples

Our first night, we had to be moved as our AC was leaking water all over the carpet - a darling employee came up & helped us move & we were given a suite at no extra charge. Breakfasts were delicious. Room was spotless. We checked out after one night thinking our AC at home would be fixed - no luck. So we checked back in & asked for the same suite. We checked out again the next day & again had to return. The woman at the desk gave me a key for a suite. I was hot, sweaty & tired. I got in the room & there was only one TV. I called the desk & the same woman said I could come get another key. FYI - she had not been friendly, no smile or eye contact.No please, thank you or sorry. And no offer to help me move. The next day I mentioned this to The supervisor, I believe her name is Alicia. She apologized & discounted our room.

Having TV's in the rooms where they should be & having the cable working properly. Only the one woman at the desk was unpleasant - everyone else was happy, friendly & helpful. If someone does not like their job - it shows. Hire only the friendly people! ANd keep the woman who cooks the breakfasts - she is awesome.

The hotel was very clean and we felt safe. The lady that was there most day for breakfast was super nice and very attentive!

The walls are super thin! You can hear everything. I was able to hear the TV from the rooms next door, and it didn't help that the cleaning people would speak really loudly with each other so we pretty much heard their entire conversation when they got to our floor. Luckily, we were only there 2-3 times while they were cleaning.

The staff was so helpful and accommodating. When asked about an early check in, they made it happen. That is the difference to picking The Fairfield or going elsewhere. I would always recommend this location.

It offered a great breakfast, although I didn’t get time to eat it. Perhaps the next time I will get time to eat there. It’s nice to have that be part of the stay. Please retain the breakfast.

Great staff who are willing to help and accommodate guests at a moments notice. We had an issue with our tv and someone was sent to our room not even a minute after we called the front desk. The breakfast was actually delicious and there was an assortment to choose from including making your own waffles, oatmeal, bagels, breakfast bowls and sandwiches, eggs, pork or turkey sausage and more. The room was exceptional. Comfy beds and for the first time in a along time, quality pillows. You could connect your streaming accounts to the tv to pick up on your shows and not have to watch on your phone or laptop which was a welcome surprise. I’ve stayed at several Fairfield Inns by Marriott but this is the first time I signed up for Bonvoy, their reward program. This Marriott was the best one I’ve stayed at to date.

There was parking close to our room, the area was clean and so was the room. Breakfast was served daily from 7-10, which included a hot breakfast as well. It was quiet and peaceful as well.

Our towels weren’t changed for about a day or two after putting them out, but perhaps we were supposed to request at the front desk. Breakfast isn’t served after 10 (so at least until 11). The television also went out 3 times, but we were able to get it back on.

Upon arrival, check-in was smooth and front desk staff was very polite and helpful. The room was clean and smelled fresh (though I disinfected myself, sorry for my peace of mind). We spent most of our time out but Sunday morning the staff managing the "grab and go" section for breakfast was so polite and friendly! Next time we are in the area, we will stay at this location.

The pillows were to soft, could be a little more firm.

The cleanliness of the hotel

Crowded buffet with no control, bunch of kids without parents touching the buffett food with their hands and smelling the tip of the siroup bottle , i had to eat somewhere else, no ody was waching the buffet or replenishing items

Everything was great. Clean, neat. Excellent breakfast. It's close enough to the beach and far enough from everyone else. You want to recharge your batteries? This is the place.

Nothing st all

All staff was extremely nice and helpful. Rooms were clean and kept up well. Breakfast was better than we expected. Will stay again and would recommend to others.
