Very comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. The staff does an excellent job here.

When I stayed here a few years ago they had a free continental breakfast with a nice selection of pastries and fresh fruit. I don't eat a big breakfast so I always enjoyed getting a coffee and croissant, not a big deal but it was welcome perk. Now they charge for a cup of coffee in the morning, after paying $200 for a nights stay I think a coffee and a pastry would be nice.

Great location, small but big enough for three adults with Comfortable beds. The service was great up until Sunday morning but it was a very welcoming place and comfortable. I will stay again

The set up for the coffee and danish in the morning. The girl was slow, I was the only one there and it took me 10 minutes for two coffee and a danish. I asked for a muffin and she brought me a danish. She was rude. I’m always a big tipper and I didn’t give her a tip and she literally said out load “wow no tip” I should have said you didn’t deserve it but I walked away. Yes there eventually was a customer behind me and she’s didn’t even make eye contact and said “I’ll be back “ looking somewhere else. This was the only occurrence Monday 4/19/21 1030am otherwise everything was wonderful. The pool is so tiny but we didn’t use it anyway.

The Trianon has a light, airy European ambiance that is cozy, comfortable and well maintained close to old town 5th Avenue. Comfortable, pleasant lobby, breakfast/sitting area. Very comfortable king room with refrigerator. Nice bathroom with tub and walk-in shower. Staff is outstanding - welcoming, helpful and courteous. From our first call with Debra to confirm our room had a refrigerator, to checkin with Numa, to problem with safe and easy room change with Michael, to breakfast area with Nancie and finally checkout with Devine and Jessica, we experienced excellent customer service. We enjoyed a lovely weekend get-away! Highly recommend.

Amazing small hotel, cozy room, friendly staff. Very clean. Quiet neighborhood, 5 minutes walk from 5th Avenue (city center with various restaurants, boutiques, galleries). You can rent a bicycle (no extra fee) and ride around the city and to the beach. Oh, and I appreciate a warm welcome with chilled champagne 😍

Breakfast is just 1 croissant and cup of coffee, maybe you could add some yogurt or fried eggs. TV doesn’t have Netflix, that’s sad.

Great location, within walking distance of Tin City, 5th Avenue, etc. Room was spotless with a great, really large bathroom. There was a nice pool area which we used at the end of the day and they provide complimentary pool towels. Reception staff were friendly and helpful, giving us directions to the pick up point for the trolley tour which is a must if you do nothing else! The building itself is very pretty, too.

Very limited breakfast as they don't have a kitchen so it's just coffee, tea, juice, pastries, muffins and stuff they can put in the microwave.

The Capri Inn is a chic gem nestled in an ideal location. It’s lovely. The rooms are fresh and the bathroom is spacious. The Capri has cornered the market on great people with an ensemble of employees dedicated to providing exemplary service and they deliver. The shuttle service is a treat. With all of the choices Naples offers, you can’t go wrong with The Capri Inn.

location, short walking distance to Downtown, was excellent, in a nice quiet tree lined street. Whilst the rooms are slightly dated and ‘tired’, they were very clean and facilities were good. Small swimming pool was very clean and relaxing in area of nice shrubs etc.

Nothing particularly bad to say about it. Had been a bit concerned beforehand, after reading some negative reviews, but these concerns were totally unfounded and was pleasantly surprised at the whole Hotel

Good hotel, just a 5 minutes walk to 5th avenue with all the restaurants, bars and shops. Room was OK. Pool area for the kids perfect.

This hotel needs to be refurbished, everything is old. The personnel did not understand how to treat guests, there was no friendly WELCOME or just a simple smile. Room service is not available, no breakfast included in the room price. There was almost no common service available, and therefore the room rate for a family of 4 to expensive. The only plus is the location, and this is it. The beds are too small to fit two persons.

The location was great, close to restaurants on 5th and close enough to walk to the beach and old Naples. The rooms are a good size and the swimming pool was really warm (a plus for the kids)!

We stayed here 4 years ago and the staff were incredibly friendly so I decided to book it again. Definitely not as friendly this time but still ok. I booked two rooms one of us and one for the kids, when we checked in the rooms weren’t adjacent to one another so I had to ask for them to next door. The room allocation was changed but seems silly to have to request that when you travel as a family. Our room smelt stale. Lack of in-room cleaning due to Covid.

We stayed few days but unfortunately had to leave early due to hurricane Yan. We are so grateful for very accommodating and helpful employees at the hotel - thank you guys for your kindness and care!!! As of hotel itself - we loved it for many reasons: decor, location, convenience and friendliness. We will definitely stay there again.

Can not think of anything that we did not like.
