Bellasera Resort

Very comfortable and complete hotel and rooms. loved the rooms very much! Staff was very friendly and helpful without any exception. Free 24hrs shuttle to anywhere in neighbourhood, so convenient! The restaurant is amazing. All in all a big recommendation! (We are travelling with three boys, 8, 12 and 14 yo. They loved it too!)

I liked that is was super clean, kudos to cleaning staff !! Close to the beaches and the fact that they offer beach chairs, umbrellas and shuttle to the beaches which are close by.

Impeccably clean, great room size and perfectly located near 5th ave. Great for families.

Location, price, staff, and room were all top-notch. I couldn't be happier with this place, and this is the first hotel that we are actually making plans on coming back to next year. What gives this place even a bigger bonus are the free shuttle rides to nearby locations. Bellasera is a 10/10!

Just a few things in the room were broken, and the organization of the light switches was a bit odd; but even with these minor things, I still give this place a 10 rating due to its overwhelming positive attributes.

The location, close to shopping and dining. The pool was beautiful. Ample space, great temperature of water.

I liked it all. Staff was amazing! Especially the door persons.

Fantastic facilities - 2 bedroom apartment was exceptionally clean and spacious with goo Pool area was great with friendly waiter service wanted. Loved the fact that you could access clean towels for beach and poolside, hire bikes, parasols and beach chairs for free. Shuttle bus fantastic - can request it to take to anywhere within 3 miles and picks you up again. Excellent for central Naples, beaches and supermarket 10 min walk.

We tried to get a drink in Claw Bar a few evenings but you can only be served at bar if there is space and couldn’t use spare tables . Unfortunately this wasn’t explained to us and we were completely ignored by staff on one occasion which felt uncomfortable. We had an issue with check in system when we arrived with all 4 of our cards being declined. Staff pleasant but unsure how to resolve it at the time -worried it was a problem our end but it was the system which blocked our cards due to some restrictions on foreign cards. The manager resolved it the following day but a bit disconcerting at the time.

I like the property very much, it was very convenient to all downtown stores and restaurants.

The only negative I could say, but this is not the fault of the property. But to me, I thought there were too many families with little children, toddlers that stayed here over presidents weekend break. There’s so many other resorts in the area that have much larger pools and beach for children to swim and have fun. Bellasera Resort should be more marketed as an adults only resort. We traveled with my 80-year-old mother, my husband and our 16-year-old son. But when we were by the pool, we were enjoying the soft music and cocktails. At one point over our six night stay there must’ve been 40 screaming children in the pool at one time. It was really bad. This resort doesn’t lend itself to that type of atmosphere at this gorgeous, quaint, high-end resort.

Everything was perfect!! The pool is small but beautiful, the exercise room was great, the daily housekeeping was superb (did the dishes, etc.), laundry in the room was very convenient…absolutely nothing negative! The shuttle takes you to the beach and back and provides the chairs, umbrellas, towels, etc! Can’t wait to go back!

location, cleanliness, housekeeping, concierge all great and accommodating. They went out of their way to be friendly and welcoming.

Staff had to be asked multiple times (days) to turn down the hot tub temperature. It was dangerously hot almost at 110 degrees. Rather than just turning the heater off since the thermostat was not working properly, they left it on. Who does that?

The property is quite nice but just a little dated decor wise. The staff was fantastic; everyone we interacted with was friendly, polite, and helpful.

We were disappointed that the pool/hot tub area closes at dusk. It would have been better if even just the hot tub had been open a bit later. The location is good but not great; the resort is not far from the main tourist areas and everything in Naples is easily accessible from there.

Rooms are large and very nice

No breakfast before 8 Lobby locked before 7 am - have to walk around the building to get to front pickup no coffee in lobby at 7:30 am This is a hotel for people who sleep late, have no business activities, and don't need room service
