Hyatt House Naples 5th Avenue

Room was spacious and comfortable. Bar staff were very cordial and all staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful.

We had an ADA room as my husband uses a cane and walking is very difficult. The room, 102, was the last room in a very long corridor which was very difficult for him to get back and forth to the room. Doesn't make much sense for this type of room to be so difficult to access. On our last day I was informed that the hotel had wheelchairs that we could have used so this will be useful on a future visit. Also on one day our room was not serviced.

Delmar at the front desk! We got there pretty early and he was able to accommodate us right away. Very friendly and made you feel welcome the minute you approached the desk. Great customer service. Everyone was very helpful and polite..our room was wonderful! Had everything we had asked for. The hotel was neat and clean. As was the pool area. Breakfast was nice. A lot to choose from. Across the street from Tin City. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to family and friends!

Only complaint..We asked where the fire pit was and the girl at the desk told us where to go and that she'd have someone come and turn it on for us. We sat there an hour ,went in twice to ask if someone was coming. Told each time they would send someone. No one ever came. So that was a bit disappointing.. Also maybe a shuttle service would have been nice.

The location is good, although you have to walk for about 15 mins to get to the nicer area on 5th. In the middle, there are some grounds that are not clean/don't look safe. The staff at the hotel are friendly and try to be accommodating (most of them). The pool with view to the lake is a plus. The staff at the bar were very friendly. The live music at the bar. The covered parking lot was convenient.

Not very sound proof. Didn't sleep well mostly one the nights. The housekeeper knocked even though we had the Do Not Disturb sign on. At the bar one evening the employee (male) at 7:45pm declined to provide service to a guest. Even if he said that the bar closed at 8pm. He replied that they close early if the bar is Slow. There was at least 6 people at the bar, so I wouldn't consider it "Slow". He left, and 5 mins later another guest came, and in this case he prepared the drink without question. He had a long face. The shower at the pool doesn't close/stop after each use, so a LOT of water is wasted and that was sad to see that nobody took care of it for 3 days. I closed it myself every time I was there. One employee passed by and said that I could leave it running :(

The pool was great, very clean. The hot breakfast was also very good. The location was perfect for us. Covered parking with direct access to the building is a plus, though at an additional cost.

It was hard to get poolside service. No fault of the servers. They were definitely understaffed. The carpets were worn and dirty looking. The facility and rooms were outdated and in need of renovation.

Great location, blocks from the main pet in 5th ave and blocks from the beach. Loved the hotel, lobby was nice as well as pool and outdoor areas- room was comfy and clean and we enjoyed our view to the pool and back lake. Hotel has a bar and restaurant which is really convenient if you don’t want to go out of the hotel, everything we ordered from the appetizer on the lunch menu was yummy. Breakfast was included and both days we stayed there was a variety to choose from. Pool area was nice- the kids enjoyed it, it was family friendly. The pool has a “beach” style entrance which the kids enjoyed a lot. The only complaint I have which is the only reason why you would need to step out if you like coffee is that they did not have an espresso machine anywhere in the hotel so I couldn’t order any espresso drinks. adding this to the restaurant or bar menu would really come in handy for some of us. :)

That it did not have an espresso machine to order espresso drinks. That was my only complain

best location close to downtown Naples by the canals - we saw dolphins and manatees swimming by the heated pool open till 10 pm staff at the bar / pool / restaurant so friendly & helpful beautiful design interiors and spacious rooms good choice of food for breakfast

they discontinued the beach shuttle breakfast staff still has a disappointing attitude - as in previous years - it’s a big contract w the other staff - they are not even polite, not helpful, not cleaning or restocking items - like they come to work as a favor to the guests

I requested a room with a bathtub for mobility issues, but they gave me a room with a shower. The bed was very comfortable. The studio floor plan was convenient for food/drink prep and watching TV The breakfast was handy since it was included but the eggs were very dry, oatmeal very soupy, but Coffee was Excellent. I had hoped they would have danish and croissants.

The parking charge was disappointing. Parking should be free for guests.

Good location nerarby Bayfront restaurants and Bar. Relatively close to the beach, but not walking-distance. Also very close to 5th avenue which is by far the best place to dine and walk around Breakfast was quite nice, and staff was super friendly

The AC was extremely high all around the facilities including the bedroom

King bed suite was nice. They do a lot with the space and it was stylish and comfortable. Staff was great!

Room and small balcony looked out toward highway. The door didn't close properly the first night but they sent an "engineer" to close it the second day. Once closed, the room was much quieter without the road noise but the balcony is useless if facing the highway. Parking fee seemed high considering the garage gate was open several times when we entered or left.

it was close to all the famous Naples attractions ! The room was very comfortable and spacious with the amenities!

the breakfast menu did not have much of a variety to choose from. Didn’t have any type of danish , muffins , donuts , other flavors in Coffee creamers, yogurt flavors , pancakes or waffles . Being a guest at this hotel with the price per night being high , parking space should have been included and not have to pay in addition.
