Close to the beach, the staff at front desk was very helpful.

The hotel in general was good but there is a few things that could be improved, the first thing which I think in this day and age is USB ports i forgot my charger and could not find a USB port any ware in the whole hotel even the business center you need to fix that. you could replace at least one plug in each room with a built in USB charger im sure im not the only one talking about this issue. #2 parking fees are crazy.

Friendly staff, clean, nice size queen room, affordable. We stay here every year. We enjoy the pool, although it is small, but pool towels are always available and it’s across the street from beach. Deedra at the welcome activities desk is wonderful. She always has great coupons and tips for travelers.

Nothing major - the ice machine on our floor didn’t work and there is only 1 washing machine and 1 drier for guests and I waited for some time to use them. There was no microwave in the room, but there is 1 in the downstairs lobby.

I loved the view! We looked out and the beach was right there! The room was nice as well and the staff was welcoming.

I didn’t like that I reserved the place for $1265 but yet they charged me $1370 pending in my account and then it disappeared and on top of that you have to pay $42 a night for valet parking. With all that being said in the reservation it showed the taxes were already added to my price but my price ended up being $1522 with all the taxes. Oh and they didn’t take it out till a week after. Showed nothing pending then 1522 hit. They definitely don’t give you the true price until your already there to check in.

I loved the location and our view of the boating dock! Staff sent maintenance up right away when our shower water was too cold. Beds were super comfy and the fitness center/amenities were very accessible.

Our shower water still wouldn’t get hot. Maintenance recommended to run sink AND shower water for thirty whole minutes before getting in so that it could warm up. It was our fault for not asking to switch rooms at that point though, but we were already settled in. Also found a few hairs in the shower that were none of ours (noticed them before the first person showered). Aside from that, no issues with the room. Wish the bistro was open more hours of the day but we had a great time exploring nearby places!

This property is in a prime location directly across the street from the beach. There is a roof top area with a bar and lots of loungers. All the popular restaurants are literally steps away. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was large with sliding doors between the bedroom and the sitting area. Everything was very clean!

The pool is not very attractive and needs a re-do. The bathroom also needs a makeover as the paint was peeling off the walls behind the door.

If you want to be in a prime location with a great view, book now. I reserved a King Corner Room with Water View and was in love. Bed is comfortable, air is nice and cold, water was hot and great pressure, zero complaints.

I had zero issues, if I had to say something I would suggest the Starbucks located in the Bistro stay open later than 10 am… maybe until noon. While I am up early, I witnessed of guests attempts to go there after 10. Everyone doesn’t get up early on vacation.

Location, Location, Location!!!! The room was very comfortable, with a small refrigerator. Large floor-to-ceiling window to see the beach, patio, and pool area. . Nice, outside bar with a very friendly bartender.

There is a Starbucks on the lower level but it's not open very long, No on-site restaurant. The pool area had a few cracked and broken tiles which were not safe. Also, the gate at the top of the stairs should be key access all the time.

Staying at his hotel was actually a last minute decision, as we got 'catfished' by another hotel and had to find somewhere else to stay for the rest of the week. Let me tell you, this place was a breath of fresh air after the first one. It is right across the street from the beach, has nice views from some rooms, has an outdoor pool, and is near many restaurants and bars. Bubba Gumps was actually right downstairs.

The only thing that I could complain about is that the Starbucks inside is only open from 7-10am. Such a mistake! That place would get so much business during the day. Also, they limit you on housekeeping services which isn't a huge deal to me but someone reading this might think it is.

Hotel was very clean all around!

At check in the person at the front desk was very short when asking questions at check in. Like he was bothered. The valet person was alone and I assume very busy that he kept jumping from one guest to another . He should’ve finished with 1 and on to the next…. I had asked at booking if I could have balloons in my room as an accommodation since it was my husbands birthday and I was willing to pay extra and had an email reply that it could be done and no charge. If I would’ve known I would’ve asked if I could stop by before and leave balloons in the room. if it couldn’t be done I should’ve just been told it was no big deal if the hotel doesn’t do it it was the expectation.
