Awesome location, friendly staff and fellow residents. Amazing waterfront pool.

Bed was a little uncomfortable and closet was not well fashioned. Minor issues..overallI recommend highly and would stay agsin!

Everything! So clean you felt right at home. The staff is so unbelievably friendly and helpful, not a question was too much for them. Very nice facilities such as a free cooled water dispenser, huge TV’s (for the rainy moments), a lovely terrace with view on waterways and yachts, well equipped kitchen and a pool that was impeccably clean. We’re Visiting fort Lauderdale again next year and we already know where to stay!

We have stayed at this property many times but since Covid we had not been able to get there in over 2 years. The previous owners are gone and new owners and crew are as nice and as accommodating. They are still polishing some things up but property is as good as a few years ago. We look forward to returning again. Hotels aren't for us but this is an entire 1 BR apt (and they have 2BR's as well) and just allows more room to relax, have a drink, fix a snack and let the worries of the world melt away.

A couple of small things. A dishtowel (ended up using a bathroom hand towel) or dishrack so we could have dried dishes or put them up to dry in a rack. Some more glassware; was difficult when we had friends come over for a drink pre-dinner. TV which is my fault for not being more technologically advanced. I had no idea how to work a ROKU I had to google and learn.

Location was a plus. Close to everything. We came for the Ft. Lauderdale boat show and the location was perfect, not in the middle of traffic but a 5 minute drive to the show. Close to restaurants & shopping right off Las Olas Blvd and near the beach. Grounds were beautiful and view from our room was right at the pool. All bedrooms were very good size & each had its own bathroom. Everything we needed for our stay was provided including a bottle of wine. Couldn’t ask for more accommodating host, very helpful and always responded immediately. We will definitely stay again.

Television reception.

absolutely gorgeous location, apartment with a great view to the pool, garden, and channel. Excellent in all aspects: A/C, TV, great bed, soft sheets, pillows, kitchen with all necessary appliances, pans, pots, etc… Minutes away by foot to Las Olas, and a 20 minute walk to Fort Lauderdale Beach.

Absolutely fantastic location, staff and owner, we felt at home the minute we arrived and anything that we needed was attended to without question. Lovely setting on the waterfront with great tranquility and privacy, the beds were exceptionally comfortable and we had all the amenities that we needed to be self sufficient. Great space in the rooms with a nice tv and good free channels. Great BBQ & heated pool area.

We had to leave too early and go back to work!!

The location is good. The room is huge and everything works and it’s brand new.

No breakfast nor cleaning the days we stayed. The internet information is a little confusing. They say there’s no bathroom and they ask for a room upgrade for free but when you click nothing happens. Untill the last minuto I didn’t know i ‘ ve got it or not

This is a terrific find! We were in town for the boat show and loved staying here versus a hotel. Great location, 15 minute walk to the Las Olas Bridge and boat show; also very close in the other direction to all the great restaurants and shops on Las Olas. Very comfortable apartment with everything needed for a nice stay. Loved the view out the window of the boats. Staff also fantastic; very helpful and responsive. There is also free parking. I will definitely stay here again!

Can't think of anything I didn't like.

the location is perfect you can walk to the beach but also to the restaurants down town. The outdoor area with the pool is really calm and beautiful, super nice to relax. Apartment is also really nice and has everything what is needed.
