Nice pool, spatious room, close to the beach, very clean

The fridge makes a lot of noise during the night, the AC is very loud

The color scheme and design was clean and coastal. There wasn’t any outside noise, I suppose the l air conditioning unit buffered anything that might have been. Tons of closet space, not that we needed it. Staff was very friendly. The location was great and on the side of the main strip where more high end hotels are.

Air freshener (plug-in) had to go as soon as possible. It wasn’t needed. The shower could have been cleaner—drains and shower head. Tremendous shower pressure. We should have asked for rags when they brought towels each morning. We had one for the stay. The pool closest to our room was closed.

The front desk staff was great checking in was a breeze ,very pleasant people working in the office.the rooms and grounds were clean .short walk to the beach and restaurants. Lona cocna restaurants was great . lobster 🦞 quesdilla was excellent had it twice. Great for a short stay 3 night only had a good time

I didn't like the mattress on 1 of 2 beds in my room .I did go to Las olas boulevard ,went to cuba Libre would not go there again the best thing was the bread with mango butter and the beans don't waste your money .if you drive, be aware of the time the bridges opens.

it was a great deal, they even offer beach towels, which is great since I didn’t pack anything, I kept getting so many fresh towels that I had no idea what to do with them, very generous of them, also love how close it was to Sebastian beach. also loved the private door gates.

now I don’t want to be nit picky because it was a great stay, but unfortunately the toilet was in a very tight area, you would have to sit in a slightly turned angle if you have longer legs. But that’s all, great service .

We were super happy with the staff and hotel location. The room with kitchen was very clean, new towels delivered everyday and beach towels, chairs and umbrella available upon request. The beach was only 2 mn walk away.

Some visitors were disturbing by speaking loud and opening music on the pool area but we just went to the other pool in the backyard and so the kids can play as they wanted

The staff was wonderul, very helpful and pleasant. The room was clean. Overall it was an excellent value for the location and accommodations. It would be nice if they put some posters on the walls as the walls are bare in the bedrooms. I liked that there was a microwave, refrigerator and a coffee machine with some coffees and cream available.

The tv froze often while watching it and the air conditioner would get loud all of a sudden. And it would be nice to see some posters on the bare walls to make it more cheerie. The walls are bare.

Location, service and staff were perfect and attentive despite the covid situation. nice heated pool, there were 2, beach and restaurants right on the corner. Hotel has a home atmosphere and able to walk in and out without going through concierges and elevators or long hallways, for me it is a plus. sitting by the pool at night, e joying the breeze and at the street level does feel like home.

The bathroom. It was very small and toilet had no space to comfortably sit, door had to stay half open. for a longer stay as our case the hotel should have taken that into consideration, despite offering more expensive alternatives. Alse missing drawers to accommodate better as our stay was longer (5 nights)

Close to the beach, restaurants , and bars

The only thing that I don’t like was that I had to wait awhile to check in, I did come earlier to the hotel to see if it was possible to check in earlier considering check in was 4:00 pm I asked if they think the room would be ready by 2:00or 3:00 staff said to check back I did room was not ready, I checked into my room at 4:15, I don’t know if the hotel was short staffed but that was my only complaint

It was very clean, staff was friendly, accommodating and helpful. The communication on important information was excellent. Probably the most important thing was the price, it was unbeatable. The price we saw online was the price we received unlike other hotels that will have hidden add ons or unmentioned charges that you pay at the hotel. I’d like to change my rating to 10.

A few times we had poor reception on the TV.

We stayed here for two nights before our Carribbean cruise and it was perfect. Amazing location, very comfortable room and nice staff. No room service which suited us nicely, but fresh towels were delivered each morning. The bed was huge and very comfortable and the pool view from our room was great! Thanks for having us!

It didn't bother us too much but a sweeping brush would be ideal in the room to sweep up the sandy floor after a trip to the beach.
