Loved the roof top area, Great view and a good spot for a nightcap. Location was the best. Staff was most helpful and the free use of beach chairs and umbrellas was a big bonus.

the size of the rooms, when I go again I would be happy to pay a little extra for the larger rooms.

The view was amazing. Across the street from the beach. Walking distance to the boat tours and restaurants. The fridge was nice n cold. The shower had good water pressure and good hot water for those that like a hot shower. The air conditioner worked wonderful especially coming in from a hot long day out. Check in time was at 3 and we arrived to the hotel at 11am, our room was ready by then so Nick allowed us to check in right away witch gave us the entire day to enjoy. This place is definitely a hidden gem and I would highly recommend.

Beds and pillows were uncomfortable. Just an FYI. I was charged 150.00 2 days before witch didn’t include the hotel rate.

Proximity to beach across the street as well as to entertainment a couple of blocks away.

Bed wasn't the most comfortable and the water pressure was super low.

I liked the location, bed was comfortable and air worked well. Staff made sure I had what I requested prior to my arrival.

I didn’t like that the room was so tiny, coffee was horrible, no real cabinet to set your toiletries on in the bathroom, fridge wasn’t that cold and had a ton of rust on the bottom. Other than that it was good.

Perfect location right across the street from the beach and walking distance to lots of bars and restaurants. Most importantly, very close to a Starbucks and a very well stocked CVS with anything you need. They have beach gear you can use and rent umbrellas. They are also extremely nice and helpful. The rooms are dated, but have everything you need unless you need an ultra-modern, sterile type of place. The AC worked well and there's a mini fridge and microwave. The value for the money compared to neighborhood hotels is insane.

The walls aren't super thick so you do get some noise, and we had a few issues with the shower (handle sorta broken, very difficult to get to the correct temperature). That's honestly about it.

Close to beach and walking to restaurants. Overall price was good. There was an area to sit on the rooftop to look at the beach; it was very comfortable. Another area high up was great with nice seats and lots of room. They had a secure entry with a code to make the elevator operate. Cars secure in the garage with a gate. Free use of beach equipment was a terrific bonus - BUT Since check IN was 3:00pm and because the office closed at 6 pm there was really no way to enjoy the beach with those things unless you stay 2 days.

Bed was very old and squeaky. The room light was blue not bright. The tv had permanent captions distorting the picture. No closet rod. Bathroom had no counter but a thin glass shelf which could only hold a toothbrush. (Maybe put a flat stool in there to hold things). Needed air freshener for the musty smell.

location is great. close to beach and airport.

claustrophobic room size but ok for 1-2 days

We got an ocean-view room, and it was amazing. The hotel is certainly older and smaller than all of the ones towering around it, and the older smaller one was absolutely the better choice. Our room was extremely spacious, we had a total of 6 windows on three walls. We grabbed a pair of complimentary beach chairs and sat out on the beach for a few hours as the sun set. In the morning we watched the sun rise over the ocean from our bedroom. There are lots of convenient shops and restaurants within two blocks. It was very easy to get around.

The only thing I wish I could change was the traffic. There is a 4 lane road between the hotel and the beach. Crossing it is easy enough, but the traffic was naturally very busy and noisy. It was extremely noisy until well past 11:00, and I was woken up regularly until 1:30 AM either by loud motorcycles or people playing their car stereos so loud that it sounded like they were in my room.

Beautiful color scheme, slightly modernized. Right on the beach. They supply everything you need for a beach day!

The parking is very tight.. The manager was a little rude about us parking there due to our vehicle size. Little did he know we had already been staying there with no problems backing the truck in. Maybe because we’re younger we were judged who knows? Housekeeping tried to come in the room by knocking. I said “no thank you” three times as I was in the middle of getting ready, he opened the door anyway.. quite shocking.

location is fabulous! Like the deck with the view of the ocean and love the ability to use chairs, umbrellas and towels! Friendly and efficient staff. Cute rooms - very beachy and cheerful decor.

a bit run down. needs some TLC. Elevator is claustrophobic. Rooftop deck could be so nice with some upgrades.
