Pelican Grand Beach Resort, a Noble House Resort

The beach, food, pool, rooms, and spa were great. The staff was friendly and helpful. the bed was incredibly comfortable. We actually stayed 6 nights and ate most of our meals here. While pricey, there was a decent selection and I didn’t tire of the food because it was excellent. (The seafood risotto is to die for.) I would highly recommend to friends and family.

It isn’t in walking distance to pretty much anything (including other restaurants). We didn’t overly mind that, but others may. Our shower leaked all over the bathroom floor.

Everything! All of the staff were friendly and accommodating. The views can't be beat. The food at Ocean 2000 was fantastic. The drinks at the bar and restaurant were very good and perfect on a hot day. The pool area has music on the weekends and the veranda had a guitar player playing nightly from 6 to 9ish. It was perfect. Iced coffee at the Emporium is a must. Our room was clean, spacious and updated.

Nothing!!!!! Just a tip. It is super close to the airport and area attractions so I highly recommend just doing Uber instead of renting a car. You can save a ton of money that way.

The place was nice. The pool staff and the beach staff were great. Chris and Frankie were awesome. The view from 412 amazing. The room was huge. One thing that could go both ways is the seating at the pool. You have to wait for them to sit you. Which is great, but if you want to move around chase the sun or shade you cant just move your own stuff. you have to go ask and wait for them to move you.

The plugs in the bathroom of the room I was staying in were worn out. I could not plug anything in and had to do my hair in the room move the TV stand to get behind to plug it in. room service i had to ask for and if anyone ever stays on the beach we know how floors get.

the service in the restaurant after our wedding was horrible. we had a little family dinner with 6 adults and 1 child and we were waiting on food and drinks for almost 2 hours! when food finally arrived it was cold. restaurant wasnt busy only a few tables. we just wanted to get back to our awesome room to enjoy our honeymoon!!! other than this one night the service was good but had breakfast the next morning and service was awesome! maybe just short staffed like everywhere else these days.

My husband and I came here for our honeymoon, and we really enjoyed our stay here at the pelican grand beach resort. The room was beautiful, we had a suite with the sitting room and balcony. The view of the beach was amazing, the sunrise and sunset right off of your room, you can't beat that! The staff was great, right on top of things to taking your bags right when you arrive to cleaning our rooms. we ordered room service for breakfast, and about a half hour later, they called to make sure we liked the food, which was actually pretty decent! It was a little overpriced for my liking, but it's hotel food, I expected it to be. Overall experience was lovely, and we are definitely coming back next year.

Classy hotel. We had a side ocean view which was amazing, the room was large, clean and comfortable. The pool and lazy river was very relaxing. Breakfast was lovely, dinner had a limited menu, food was cooked nicely but expensive. 22% gratuity was automatically included in all bills. Valet parking was expensive but they did provide a good service and it ran smoothly. Cannot fault this location

Our tv’s cable stopped working 1 night into a 4 night stay and despite reporting it twice it was never fixed. Added extra to my bill after I had checked out and agreed the final amount! One pool guy was quite unwelcoming and rude!

Amazing location, 20 min from the airport 15 min from Las Olas. Very clean. The Spa is a little bit expensive but it has a very nice ocean view. All the staff was very friendly and helpful especially the concierge and the beach teams

They need to be specific about their rooms categories. We booked king ocean view room which during the check in we found out that it’s only a partial ocean view so that we had to upgraded it king ocean front suite with an additional pay of $100/ night. Also their food menu is limited. There are a lot of ethnic and diverse food options in the area period would love to see the resort incorporate a larger variety of options.

The location and esthetics/ ambiance were great!

I did NOT like that my card was automatically charged $50 upon check out when I nor my guess touched anything in the minibar. When asked why there was a charge the front desk stated that they added it at the beginning of my stay. I requested it be removed since I did not eat anything and had taken pictures of everything when checking out so the $50 was refunded only for me to wake up the next morning and find yet another charge for the minibar of $14.84 which was annoying because again the minibar was still fully stocked when I checked out so they claimed they were removing the charge only to let it hit my account so I had the bank take care of it! Don’t continue to try and charge me for something I did not eat, use or take!

The resort was beautiful and right on the beach! We rented an ocean side suite and was very pleased with the view, the space, the beds were comfortable and staff were very courteous. We liked that there was dining on site and even next door. The resort is close to shopping, other eating options and attractions. We loved the accommodations and convenience of the beach life. Staff were very kind and polite. The night view off the porch was amazing! We are a family of 5 and had ample room.

Our fridge was warm upon arrival and was turned to the coolest setting. We had brought in our own beverages and requested either a small cooler or our fridge to be swapped out and didn't get either request acknowledged. Also, don't use the bathroom amenities! Bring your own. There is an upcharge for everything. The bar had wonderful drinks, but were very spendy.

Check in was smooth. We had a room on the 7th floor with 2 queen beds and a separate living room. Past that was a balcony with 2 chairs and a table with an ocean view. Great rooms! Food was served on the porch overlooking the beach - great views. Pool was clean. Beach was almost "private" and the hotel provided lounges and umbrellas. Good sandy beach with only a bit of washed up seaweed. They also had a coffee shop with knick knacks and gelato for the adults and kids. On Sat they had a bar set up by the pool for smoothies etc.

Not much if anything. We were there for 4 days and the menu did not change - they had daily specials for dinner but I would have enjoyed a bit of variety.
