Sun Tower Hotel & Suites on the Beach

We love everything about the property. The room was very big, like a small apartment . Very clean and the view on the 4th floor balcony overlooking the ocean was out of this world. The lady in the in the reception was really nice and hospitable. As well the girl in the latte afternoon and evening. The little store was adorable bought a dress , earrings and a bathing suit for by hubby. The restaurant was very nice, a little expensive but the service and food were great , specially Ivan who serve us for lunch and Bianca who serves us dinner; she was so so sweet. We had an incredible time and will be back next year.

We loved everything about this hotel from the moment we walked in the door. The staff was amazing at check-in. They stored our bags until our room was ready and allowed us a place to change so we could head to the beach. Our room was very spacious, clean, and had an amazing view of the beach. The restaurant was delicious and convenient. Everyone was so welcoming and friendly. It's an older hotel and shows it's age but that just made it more beautiful.

The only thing I would change for our next stay is the room we had. It was a beautiful room but was directly over the restaurant/bar. We were worried about noise at night when trying to sleep. That was not an issue at all. However, we felt a bit 'on display' when sitting on the balcony. We would hope to get a different room for our next stay. Other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed our 2 days there.

I can't say enough nice things about this place. They have the wow factor. We were greeted with such kindness and hospitality by Allie and Dylan, the room smelled so clean and fresh when we walked in, I later learned we had Natalie to thank for the amazing cleaning job of our room, and finally the view.....take your breath away. The beach was literally steps away from our room. Was a perfect location and gave my son and I a wonderful get away for our family vacation. This place is a 10! We will definitely be back💛

You cannot beat the location! Right on the beach. There is also a beach attendant to help set you up in the morning with chairs and an umbrella. We also liked the king size bed And bedding. We had a very cozy balcony off of our room which we enjoyed throughout our stay. We had Breakfast and lunch at the Sand dune restaurant several times. Breakfast was certainly our favorite! The pancakes are fluffy and delicious and the lobster Benedict was also delicious and generous portions of lobster. Lunch was just average. The place does get very busy but the staff is always friendly. A full bar would be great at some point but wine and beer works too.

We are coffee people so the very tiny coffee pot was a bit challenging for us. We would have loved some type of coffee bar downstairs By the pool. We also would’ve liked a little more variety in the store downstairs for supplies. Cream, sugar etc . The beach attendant needs a drill to put the umbrellas deeper into the sand on windier days for safety.

so fresh, clean, bright, modern, literally on the beach, gorgeous pool, staff were great, bed so comfortable, ocean view and balcony, loved the decor and bathroom which was modern and sparkling clean. Restaurant was nice with beach deck and small bar. Food reasonably priced for a hotel. This is a great boutique hotel

The bathroom had a barn door which was not completely closed at the top which made for a lack of privacy. Its not like a regular door that you shut and have total privacy

I liked everything about the property! The staff was great - Amanda/the operations manager - josh/front desk Mary/manager and Natalie all made us feel welcome and a part of family! I live out of hotels 6 months out of a calendar year and the hospitality was off the charts, if I could put a number on it it would be +10 thank you so much! I could write pages of all the positives on this location but I will keep it short because I want this gem all to myself 4x a year or once every quarter! The rooms were very clean as well. After speaking to Mary I would book the south side suites next time - i won’t stay anywhere else when I’m in FLL .

Poor WiFi ! Who needs WiFi when you are on vacation! Note ; a lot of people are working from home- I would come to this location to work if WiFi was better! My better half had a zoom meeting and could not use the property WiFi which made it difficult- our mobile phone hotspot was faster than the property WiFi. No biggie !

Great location with a balcony overlooking the ocean. Had easy car parking availability and a functional kitchen. Hotel has sun lounges and umbrellas on the beach for guests as well.

Apart from an on-site bar & grill, hotel location was a short drive or 20 min walk to other dining options or conveniences.

The room was like a small apartment...bedroom, (which can be closed off from the living room) bathroom with a separate vanity area, kitchen, dining area, living room and balcony overlooking the ocean. It is direct ocean front so the views are outstanding. Pool area is slightly smaller than most mid priced hotels, which I happened to like. Palm trees and other greenery surrounded the pool and there were plenty of lounge chairs and tables where you could eat if you brought food. Lovely

$25 a day resort fee for 2 beach towels, a lounge chair and umbrella for the beach. This may be the average price for that kind of service, I don't know, but it seems like a rip off to me (no matter what hotel you go to). On site restaurant was delicious but in the morning in summer, there's no breeze and it's stiflingly hot. They need some overhead fans for air flow. Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful. There was only one woman there on the morning I left that obviously did not like her job. She wasn't rude, but she didn't smile or speak with any enthusiasm, either.

room was great, our lunches at the grill were very good, the staff was very friendly and responded quickly to get us comfortable with what ever we needed. great job

parking- even though i payed 10 dollars a day to have parking, every day it was somewhere different and sometimes double parking and leaving the key at the desk and trusting the staff to drive and park the car.

Location is great, the fact that it is a pretty small hotel is a plus. The lady in the restaurant is absolutely great, what a special person - my personal favorite out of our 2 weeks tour in Florida . Loved the way she interacted with the guests.

Some wear and tear, no shower close to the swimming pool.
