The location was amazing! One short walk away from the beach, literally. There was ample parking and there were many restaurants nearby (walking distance), both fancy and casual. The host, Chris, was the best! Very accommodating and welcoming. Rooms were very fresh and clean, i did not have to worry about the cleanliness lol. We really had a great time over new years. They had many poolside chairs and towels and the pool was heated!

They had construction/renovation going on but it was not bad to be honest, no noise problem. Just one segment was closed off which was the pool side of the compound (still was able to use the pool) BUT they said renovation will be finished soon! So otherwise it would have been 100% great! bathroom was a little small

Chris was very helpful and kind. Informed me of everything we needed to know and any questions that I had he had answered. He remembered the names of all of our children and talked with them when he saw them which I thought was an amazing personal touch! Definitely went above and beyond to make sure that we had everything that we needed. They check in and check out process was very smooth and there were no hidden fees that popped up after booking. Everything was very straightforward.

Traveling with younger children was difficult to get to places just due to the location of the area not a lot to do for families but we knew that going into it.

It was an amazing room. Everything was clean and very well put together. The water was hot and made for an amazing shower, the furniture was new and very comfortable, the bed was extremely comfortable and made for a good night sleep. The manager chris was extremely nice and made sure we were having a good time everyday and if we needed anything to make our stay better. Chris was awesome guy and we definitely will be staying there again in the future.

I cant say there was anything that we didn't like except for mother nature deciding to rain all day Sunday.

I am a local, born and raised in SoFL. However, I wanted to show my friends, who were coming down from Atlanta to the Ft. Lauderdale area for my birthday. I wanted to book a hotel to be near the beach since it's SoFL and my friends aren't near a beach. After a quick google search and adjusting the filters, I came across the Rolo Beach Hotel. I felt so welcomed the second I heard the voicemail that was left on my phone about my booking. The general manager, Chris, definitely blew us away with his hospitality and warmth. He went the extra mile to make sure we were settled and left a surprise in the room for my birthday! This hotel has excellent customer service, the rooms were lovely, cozy, and clean, and the garden area was absolutely beautiful and quiet at night. We were in an area of the hotel where it was just us and had a blast watching tv and enjoying the cool nights in Ft. Lauderdale. While we didn't get the chance to enjoy the pool, it was kept clean and tidy. I encourage everyone to come on by and check the hotel out. Overall, a fantastic stay for a fantastic birthday celebration weekend. Will definitely be booking again in the near future!

Very good service from the hotel manager. The hotel is being renovated so consider it to be up & coming, but the older room I was in was certainly comfy and clean, and it stayed cool in the Florida summer. The pool area is very nice, the grounds are well kept, and it's very close to the beach

The room was very nice and very clean. The staff of the hotel were very helpful and so friendly. The pool area was also nice - clean! Loved the corn hole game in the yard area.

we had some noisy spring breakers who didn't know how to respect the other guests - certainly not the fault of any of the staff - in fact they were very helpful in dealing with this problem! Unfortunately it made our stay not as good as it could have been!

Since this is a property still remodeling, only a few units are open making this a quiet property. The pool was very nice. The walk to the beach is about 4 blocks and we brought a wagon to carry our gear. Chris gets a 5 star customer service rating.

There is no ice machine or laundry facilities on site.

Location can't be beat.

The bed is too low to the ground. It was difficult for this old man to get out of. Need more pots and pans, spatulas and things of that nature.

it was very clean. the bed was really comfortable. it was close to everything. Chris the manager was awesome. he even went to the store for us!

The staff was very nice and helped us with all our questions. Thank you for the upgrade, that was very nice ! The hôtel is very well located, 10mn walk from the beach and some restaurants.
