The apartment was spacious enough to be comfortable. Beach was close. Our TV was broke and the owner got us a new one the next day. The staff is very friendly and helpful the room was always clean. For the most part this a nice place to stay.

The kitchen pans were not very good. Food always got stuck. Had to microwave most of time. Owners had a party on patio next to our room. Was very loud and noisy as guests were having a good time. We stayed out as much as we could but it lasted into late evening. We could not hear the TV. The weather was chilly so we had our windows open and cigarette smoke would come in.. The air conditioners are very loud making it difficult to hear TV and sleep. The weather was chilly so we did not use them much. New door locks were installed and ours never locked from outside, could open with a pull of the handle. We advised owner but it did not get fixed while we were there, leaving us to hope that no one would try to come in when we went out.

Ft. Lauderdale's best kept secret. A quaint art-deco feel Aparthotel with all the amenities you need. Kitchen is well equipped, large shower, comfortable bed, most importantly CLEAN! Beach is close, towels, beach chairs and umbrella in room (nice touch), or relax by the pool with an occasional visit from the Iguanas. Owners and family are friendly and do their best to accommodate requests. Nice job, nice place, we'll be back.

We loved the location! It was only a block from the beach! The pool was great! We liked that it was a smaller motel- not crowded. The property manager responded to messages quickly. Lots of places to eat nearby.

All was good for us! We didn't have any complaints.

Very welcoming right from the start. Made check in a breeze, and was able to let me do that a bit earlier. The chairs and umbrellas are a nice touch and appreciated.

Wish I would of been able to have a later checkout. Having a late flight and a checkout at 11:00 wasn't easy.

The furnishings, the kitchen, the location...close enough to the beach to walk several times a day, far enough away to be quiet.

We got there early and there were no facilities to change clothes, go to the bathroom or store luggage. Same with a late flight. The manager made it clear that there was a strict check in time, but I didn't realize there weren't public restrooms. It wouldn't keep me from staying again, but it's an important detail.

the place is family owned. their hospitable spirit is fantastic. the rooms are very clean. Room service is excellent. This was my third time staying at Soleado and i hope to be able to stay there again in the future. There was also a great respect for my privacy. the fact that parking was also free was also a sign to me of hospitality on the part of the owners.

the only thing i didn't like, and it is nothing huge, is that the bathroom did not have any space to place your toiletry bag and other personal items.

The hotel is very well located close to the beach in a beautiful, peaceful neighborhood. The place allows you to save money as it has a kitchen with some supplies for cooking. The pool is small but perfect for relaxing and sunbathing. The owners Andres and Silvia are approachable and kind. The Venezuelan helpers Armando and a nice lady are very courteous and always willing to help. The parking is free and at the hotel itself so it is also another advantage of Soleado hotel. We will definitely come back. Thanks for a nice stay.

All was good. We did not face any problem, on the opposite. It was an enjoyable vacation ☺️

My family and I had a wonderful stay for a week! Great location, close to the beach and restaurants, clean room & clean pool, quiet hotel away from the crowd.

The location was perfect: easy access to the beach and walking distance from restaurants, bars and clubs. Regarding the property itself, the room was clean, modern, well-furnished and stocked with everything needed for a comfortable stay, including beach chairs and umbrella (we truly appreciated this money-saving consideration)! As well, the pool was lovely and we enjoyed sitting on our balcony for fresh air. This was a lovely hotel. Highly recommend.

Check in was very easy even though we arrived late due to delayed flight. The owners were pleasant and helpful. The apartment was clean and comfortable and there was always enough wash cloths and towels available. The apartment was quiet since there was no noise coming from the others rooms which was wonderful! The chairs outside the room door were comfortable and convenient to sit out and enjoy the weather and the view of the pool. Check out was very easy. I would definitely stay there again.

There were three in our party so one had to sleep on the sofa bed. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable. I would recommend booking a 2 bedroom as opposed to having a guest sleep on the sofa bed.
