Baymont by Wyndham Fort Myers Airport

Breakfast was adequate. Typical hotel breakfast. room was clean. Staff was respectful of space and privacy while also being attentive to my needs. The room was clean and when I needed something the staff was right on it.

The hotel is "100% non-smoking." This is fine and I'm sure a lot of people want this, but at the same time this is Florida and Fort Myers...a lot of people smoke. It would have been nice to have a clearly indicated smoking area so that all guests needs were met.

I liked the location as it was easy to get to and a good distance from where i attended a convention! I also liked the comfort and cleanliness of my room !!

I have to say there was not one thing I did or like about the property however I forgot to leave a tip for the maid service but I will tip double on my next trip as I intend to stay again!!

The room was spacious. Very clean and the staff was very helpful and kind. We did not get a chance to eat breakfast at the hotel but we heard from others that it was great.

The cleanliness of the bathroom could have been better, but overall was a clean room, bathroom, and great experience at this hotel. We would definitely stay again.

Breakfast was real good. The gentleman who checked us in was exceptional! He was handling 3 different customers simultaneously and handled each of us with the utmost care. Especially with the other two who had extra needs and at 8 PM. He deserves a raise!

More than one garbage can and an ice bucket that didn't leak

The breakfast was excellent! It offered everything we wanted except boiled eggs. It was hot and fresh both days and there was plenty to eat. The seating was comfortable and plenty. The staff was very attentive to the guest in the breakfast area.

The only negagtive was there were not boiled eggs. We prefer boiled eggs over scrambled. However, there were other things to eat.

I was a guest of someone who made the reservation for me, and made the necessary arrangements to pay for the room. Upon check-in I was told that the room was not paid for, and the property insisted that I pay for the room in order to check in. The property made no attempt to check further into the payment arrangements that were made with the reservation, so I unexpectedly was forced to pay for the room. When I informed the person who made the reservation, he sent me a copy of a caption from his credit card account showing that Baymont had submitted the charge for the room to his credit card, according to the original payment authorization. Is Baymont so dysfunctional that one hand doesn’t know what the other is doing? I do not like surprises at check-in.

My check the young man was very pleasant!!breakfast was outstanding and staff in the morning was great at breakfast.

Manager attitude was not good, they was a gentleman when I check in was so friendly and warming made my stay better but manager attitude need attention.

The property was in good condition and very clean. There were very minor things that needed repair. The staff was attentive, present, and cheerful. At night I took a dip in the pool and then the hot tub. It was both refreshing and relaxing. The continental breakfast was not a selling point but it was good to know it was there. It was tucked away in a dark room and there were boxes stacked by the door, giving me the impression they were closed. If I didn’t have plans to meet my daughter for breakfast, I might have dared to enter. Overall, I enjoyed my experience and I would return.

Courtney is great her customer service is excellent. I am a frequent guest, I see and hear her go above and beyond expectations every time to all the guests. Juan is a very hard worker. He is there early for the full of the day. He is always taking care of something. All of the crew is wonderful. Your all doing a good job. It's time to start serving a good breakfast. Those gogurts are for toddlers. Covid-19 restrictions have been lifted across Florida fall in place. You could set it up serve the guests and have them take it to their rooms. BestWestern does its wonderful.

The pool and jacuzzi were unbalanced but it was because of all the rain. It is difficult to stay on top of. I understand that completely. The pool service needs to do a better job of that. You may need them there m ore frequently to keep it balanced and clear. For both the jacuzzi and the pool.

Large room and very clean.

It is not that I didn’t like it, but the hotel had an interesting vibe. There were people on vacation combined with laborers helping with the hurricane clean-up. No issues but not the typical vacation hotel (at this time).
