Holiday Inn Express & Suites - Fort Myers Airport, an IHG Hotel0

First the front desk staff were so nice and welcoming, the room was clean and comfortable as was the entire hotel. Breakfast was great and kitchen staff friendly. Will definitely be back upon another visit!

Check in and check out was a breeze, all I had to do was show my ID. Front desk employees were very friendly. As soon as I walked in the lobby it smelled clean like bleach, and it wasn’t overwhelming. Hallways and staircases were very clean. Plenty of free parking, and side entrances with room card access, from the parking lot. Hot breakfast was yummy. Coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and flavored creamers. Pancakes, pastries, bacon, eggs, sausage and gravy, fruits, yogurt, oatmeal. There was an employee constantly stocking up on everything that was running low, super friendly lady. Our room was very big, and had 2 Queen size beds, they were comfy. The bathroom was clean and had a tub. There was a mini fridge, microwave, and Keurig machine, we didn’t use it, but it’s good to have just in case. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

The only negative thing I can say is, I felt it was a bit overpriced for the location. There’s really nothing to do in that area, no landmarks, or attractions. We ended up visiting Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel, and Captiva, which were about 35 minutes away, for dinner. Only reason we decided on staying there, was because of its 9.0 rating.

The hotel staff is so friendly and kind, especially the lady at the breakfast buffet whose name is Natalia. She would lighten up everyone's morning with her smile and care. The hotel guests were so appreciative of her opening the breakfast buffet a little earlier on the weekend as there were many families with the kids who came to the swim meet and needed to leave before the breakfast was normally served during the weekend. Natalia and Elena made our stay in the hotel great

We reserved a special room for the disabled and it was exactly what we needed. All the amenities were easily accessible. The free breakfast was very nice. Each morning there was a beautiful display of a variety of foods for everyone, including fresh fruit and healthy food choices along with sweet treats for those with a sweet tooth. The area was clean and neat at all times and was stocked regularly throughout the morning. The staff was friendly and welcoming.

Nice, clean hotel with close location for early departures! Seems like a lot of money for one night departing at 4:30am and not being able to get in on breakfast or even a grab and go something! We have had consistent stays at holiday inn express...usually our go to hotel. It's definitely very consistent in comfort and cleanliness compared to other chains! ! My husband usually gets a government discount, but wasn't able to at this location! We swallowed the expense knowing we have had great stays in the past with the express!

location to the airport, excellent shuttle service to airport and other local restaurants/destinations, amazing breakfast, pool looked great this time (and we used it) and beds and pillows very comfortable

Price isa bit higher than I’d normally prefer, but amenities make up for the hot to your wallet. The times for breakfast are pretty early during the week 6-9am with an 11am checkout. It changes to 7-10am on the weekend still 11am checkout. Maybe consider four hour breakfast windows 6-10 to accommodate both the early risers and the sleepy heads. Also, my moon and aunt had to leave at 5am to catch flights, it would have been great if they could have requested a brown bag Continental breakfast to go.

on the second day of our trip i grew tired of trying to get the tv to work. I called downstairs and spoke to the front desk. I was told maintenance comes in around 8;30 and she would send someone up to check it. we came back around dinner time to find that the tv did not work. We called again the next day and got a different from desk member who sent someone right up. The tv was broke. We had to switch rooms. I wish the first front desk person had done their job the first time I called.

Everything!!! Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean, and the complimentary breakfast was execcellent with a wide variety of choices. The room as well as the facilities were well kept. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here with my family the next time I'm in town.

Nothing everything was perfect

The one who checked us in was super nice and friendly. She. jeered up our toddler who was having a fit. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. It was also very close to the airport so it was perfect for the morning!

The plug ins at the bedside were either broken or didn’t line up, along with the usb ports, but there were plenty other plug ins in the room that worked.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. My room was so clean and smelled great. The bed was comfortable. I liked the dove products. The shuttle to the airport was so comforting and eased my mind/verses driving myself, was only a 10 min. Drive. I definitely would recommend this Hotel❤️
