SpringHill Suites Fort Myers Airport

The room was super with excellent easy access to the pool and hot tub and lobby for breakfast. The front desk staff were super friendly. During breakfast, they had a person making sure the food was good and never ran out. Withing walking distance they have a gas station and a restaurant. The food at the restaurant was awesome and they even gave you a 10% discount because you are staying at the hotel. Isn't that awesome? Wow. I haven't stayed at a hotel that has amenities so close kike this one. Definitely will come back

My flight was six hours late, my luggage had been left outside DFW in the pouring rain and my clothes were soaked. The staff was most accommodating, extremely friendly and helpful. The room was above my expectations super clean great accommodations. The staff assisted me in getting my clothes dried and finding food to eat at 1 AM. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling in the Fort Myers area

My husband stayed here when he came to Florida by himself. He liked it so much that he suggested we stay there when we came home. Great spacious rooms. Would stay here again! Close to a restaurant called Rusty’s. Great food and atmosphere!

Breakfast started at 7:30 am. Since we had to leave at 7 am to get to the airport, we didn’t get to enjoy it. Wish it would start earlier.

Polite and friendly desk staff, nice recommendation for nearby restaurant, comfortable room, nice pool and deck area, near main thoroughfare and shopping. It was easy to get to the airport from the hotel. Did NOT hear any planes overhead during stay.

I totally enjoyed the location and the staff were all so nice and professional. They were available and followed all the new guidelines for Covid-19.. I was so pleased to see how important sanitizing was to this hotel.. thanks

The Breakfast was as most hotels that has self service breakfast it was good and the location is centrally located to where I needed to be thanks SpringHill

The Hot Tub I in much need of repair

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The facilities were very clean . The pool area was very nice with very modern comfortable outdoor seating in the shade with ceiling fans . There was also nice loungers for sun worshipers like myself. In the evening we also enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub while sipping cocktails.

You’re staff was not very friendly! When we arrived, no one was at the front desk. After several minutes and another family arrived she finally showed up at the front desk. No apology for keeping us waiting. Very curt and seemed liked we were bothering her. Same in the morning when came down for breakfast another woman was not very helpful when asked about breakfast just handed us a brown paper bag.

There was some confusion with my reservation. Stephanie took care of straightening it out right away. She was so kind and helpful with all my questions. The gentlemen who drove the airport shuttle was wonderful too! Would definitely stay again and highly recommend this hotel! Thank you Stephanie for all your help. I didn't see you when we checked out to tell you in person.

Water in my shower was cold while the sink water was very hot. My friends said their shower water was almost scolding hot. Someone needs to regulate the water going into the rooms. The staff was exceptional . Judi made it an enjoyable
