The place was great and all. Waffle House toco bell McDonald’s Denny’s within a block. Nice big pool gym Soft beds fridge microwave coffee maker in room

The elevator was broke all week and I asked the girl when it will be fixed she said it’s been broke over a month and the parts in order. I had to use the stairs everyday I stay 7 days. Call and make sure the elevator is fixed before booking. I even email manager during my stay and no response.oh yes breakfast is good but no waffles and if you stay longer than 2 days the menu stays the same. My kids enjoy waffles and none offer even though the advertised. Buy a waffle maker they don’t cost very much if you are going to advertise

Super convenient location right off I75 - perfect for arrival from late night international arrival. Staff very friendly, beds were some of the most comfortable in a hotel chain and the room was quite large. Appreciated mini fridge and coffee maker. Breakfast in lobby was GREAT - cereal, breakfast sandwiches, waffles, fruit, coffee - all included. We enjoyed the small clean outdoor pool before checkout. Conveniently located - walkable to Taco Bell and Waffle house if you arrive after breakfast and want something fast.

Very conveniently located. Close to the airport and lots of restaurants. Clean and a good breakfast.

The bed had an issue. It made a pop and groan when I sat on the side. As a thin, single traveler this didn't present a problem. I did advise the desk when I checked out.

Everything was perfect, they let us check in early which was a plus as or flight was super early and we were traveling with two kids. Breakfast was decent nothing spectacular, staff was super nice, room was nice!

The water took a little long to heat up.

Plenty of parking. Spacious room. Handy TV Channel guide. Generous breakfast buffet. Clean, large pool. Many fast-food restaurants in walking distance.

No holding bars in shower/bathtub. Rather a small-size fitness room. No mats.

Clean and tidy handy to where we needed to go, quite lots of place to eat and close to supermarket.

Better lighting, could use ceiling fan.

Room was large, as well as bathroom which was modern. 24/7 coffee, tea and juice service. Excellent hot breakfast. Personnel were very polite and accommodating. Excellent location right off I-75 exit right in middle of Ft. Myers.

Bathroom floor could have been cleaner and bathroom faucet was slow to drain.

no elevator which was not a big deal but stairwells are dirty. also was not given the option of first floor room which was fine as I am able bodied and able to carry my luggage upstairs but many are not

Staff at front desk were very nice and helpful. Both the night shift when we arrived at 9:30p and the morning shift when we departed. Rooms were clean and breakfast was good.
