The room was spacious. It was nice having two bathrooms and a full kitchen. Everything was provided that we needed in the room and made it feel homey. There was plenty to do at the resort. Several different pools provided great entertainment for the kids.

There was a binder with restaurants provided. Several of them had closed. There was a magnet for a pizza place on the fridge that also closed. Would be helpful to have a list of restaurants that deliver. We also were unaware that the food stand on the property closed at 5. It could also be explained more clearly that the beach chairs and umbrellas were free to use except the ones with a green and white stripe. We thought we had to pay for them and use the ones in the closet if we wanted to not rent chairs. There were too many remotes and decorative beach items. The activities on the first floor should be posted on each floor. We didn’t figure out there was anything going on until a few days into our trip.

Beautiful property with well-maintained grounds and excellent amenities such as multiple pools and waterslides. The rooms are spacious and have balconies overlooking the ocean, providing a relaxing atmosphere. The staff is friendly and accommodating, making for a pleasant stay.

Disappointing amenities and issues with noise levels or other guests. Late check in time.

The beach access was great and the pools. Very family friendly and the room was wonderful. Clean rooms and bathrooms. We will definitely book here again.

Loved the variety of amenities. Lots of different pools to choose from. Loved the heated pool for cooler weather, and being right on the Gulf with beautiful sandy beaches we had many options for our week stay.

Wish we had warmer weather or more sunny days on our vaca.

I love everything about Waterscape Resort, it’s amazing. 4 different pools that kids and adults seem to enjoy. You don’t have to pay for resort beach chairs to use them (amazing) and they leave beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrella and beach toys in your room for your family to use on the beach. We all had an amazing time.

My only complaint is we could have used some spray cleaner in the room to clean the table and fabric softener but that is seriously the only thing I was missing, that I wish we had.

I liked the location. I liked it had a bedroom and 2 bathrooms. It was also close to the parking garage so if you left a lot that was convenient. Right on the ocean as well so that was perfect. Many elevators to choose from.

My kids are older and most families were 10 and under. Tons of kids in the pools splashing and jumping. Impossible for an adult to enjoy the lazy river. Pools were wall to wall kids. 3 treadmills and one was broken.

It was so comfortable, all the amenities were great and was exactly what they said they were. The complex was so much more than expected. Will definitely recommend and will be back.

The view, the amenities, the condo was big enough to spread out.

The beds were terrible. Extremely hard. If the beds were better, I would have given this a better review.

The property was amazing. The room was amazing, comfortable and relaxing. It was very clean. So close to the beautiful sandy beach, plenty of pools that are fun and clean. The bar was great, expensive, but I suppose worth it.

I don’t really have complaints on it.

I loved the location and the pool facilities for the kids to use. The gym was a great addition and clean.

I wish the lazy river had more tubes and they were kept inflated. A lot of the days they were deflated.
