Quality Inn

The staff was very very sweet, nice and helpful. the rooms were just like how they are in the picture which is great. I didn’t see not one roach or bug at all and I’m not going to say those other people didn’t because that was THEIR experience. everything was organized neatly when we got into the room and it smelled good. the tv worked , they had enough towels for me and my husband but if you want more there’s a sign in the bathroom that says “ just ask if you need more “ which was good. It was a small beach in the back and people was riding their boats and kids was playing in the water ,it was very beautiful. and they had a little food truck back there. You can change the temperature in your room and it works great me and my husband had the room cold and it was blasting lol all night and morning.it does turn off from time to time for a second than it comes right back on. but that was okay for me because I got both of best worlds . there is a small refrigerator under neath the cabinet that the microwave is sitting on . and there is a coffee maker with coffee packets and stuff. and there is also a sign in the bathroom that tells you how much you will have to pay if you BREAK or TAKE anything that they have listed on the sign . and when you first get in the shower if you turn it left it will get cold but if you turn it right it will get hot . just wanted to let people know that Incase someone gets confused.and they had a really big mirror in the room and the lights work great . IMA TRY TO ADD AS MANY PICTURE AS THEY LET ME.

the covers had some little stains on them so I recommend looking at your sheets and stuff right when you walk which I always do but so that you ask for some clean ones. This is not on the people that work there or anything but it can get loud with kids running in the hallways ( not the kids faults because they are just kids) and people yelling and screaming carelessly and you can hear everything really good so just keep that in mind.ask for my husband he didn’t hear all of that really because he is a heavy sleeper lol so . but other than that everything was good.

He room was not cleaned well. The floors were sticky. The glass tops on the desk and under the tv are disgusting with fluids under the glass. The young man working the breakfast was so busy straightening and tidying he was in the way of all the guests trying to fix their breakfast. There was a very loud squeaky door and it sounded like someone was open our door it was so loud.

For a $100/night hotel, the renovation is surprisingly well done. Breakfast is good with a fair number of options. Staff are delightful and friendly. Location is great if you have a car -- away from the bustle, but still close to everything.

Ask for a room without a door that joins with the next room over. You can hear your neighbors' conversations word for word otherwise.

I love this place so much I booked a second vacation here. The hotel is great for its price. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The bag breakfast was nice to have as an option. The staff was pleasant and accommodating. We didn’t use the pool during our stay but looks nice for kids. The drive to the beach is about 10 mins on a day w light traffic on a busy day maybe 20–25 mins. The hotel is about 5 mins from a nice strip of local restaurants and shops. Also the tacos place in front of the hotel was great! The hotel has the sound right behind it so it was nice to have your coffee out there on the very very small beach. However, next door has a larger park w a little bigger beach. As I waited to get checked in there were 3 other guest checking in as well. One of the guest checking in was very rude to the hotel staff. Yet, the hotel staff maintained a very nice and polite attitude the entire time. Also there is plenty of parking.

Everything was great!

The fact that when I signed the receipt for the 1st night it said $98.10 but when my fiance looked at his bank account is was almost 111.00 and the 2nd nite when I signed it was $89.10 but again on his account over a hundred dollars. Can someone explain that c c dd P

The location on the bay. Good for small kids to wade. Older motel but very clean. Waffles were best i ever had. Afforable. Good deal.

The breakfast was ok. They need to offer grits They are cheap also. The biscuits were not good at all need to buy another brand. Coffee was good. WAFFLES WERE EXCELLENT.

The rooms were clean and enormous! The staff was so friendly and welcoming. Beds were comfy and the shower had good pressure.

We were expecting a beach connected to the property because it said walking distance to beach. There is a 15-20 foot area behind the hotel with sand on the inlet. There is a big dock for boaters to park their boats for the night. I would not say this was a swimming area with a beach. The public beach was 2 miles away and easily accessible. So it all worked out. However I’m not sure we would have booked here had we known there wasn’t an actual beach.

The staff were very professional and polite!. Although the breakfast was a grab and go due to COVID-19, they did offer breakfast sandwiches, yogurt, muffins, fresh fruit, juice and coffee. My children loved what they called the private beach (pics attached).The a/c went out in our room during a heat wave. However, the staff at the hotel were very prompt in getting it repaired. This was a nice hotel to stay at with children. It was close to everything at a reasonable price.

very good location. staff is friendly. beds are comfortable. the rooms are very spacious. the shower got hot and had nice water pressure.

the floors were dirty, but I expect nothing less of a hotel. the remote to the tv didn’t work.

Staff was so nice and the customer service was exceptional. When I went to get Breakfast Mr. Feridun who handled the continental breakfast was so nice with his beautiful morning smile “He made my morning “ The room was so nice and the bed was very comfortable, very clean and accommodating. It was so quiet as well and the bay is right behind the hotel so beautiful. I highly recommend this hotel.
