I had a great stay, nice location, clean room, hard working staff, very friendly, breakfast lady was very nice and friendly. Frond desk staff was awesome, friendly even though had a long line take time and explained about the place. I recommend this place to family and friends. Maria, Karleen, kirwin, Tyler, Shevlin and Adela at the front desk awesome staff. My stateroom cleaning lady Candida very friendly always with a smile very welcoming.
I love the area, my room very reasonable price. I will recommend place to everyone.

very comfortable place right to the beach. they have several swimming pools, a lot of restaurants around and breakfast is included! all beds are comfortable and clean with white sheeting. they are bring you towels almost every day, and clean when you want. i would definitely recommend

Location: It's a very spacious Jr suite.
Roaches and the water pressure for the shower are non exciting. No where in my booking experience did it say check was located in a separate building.

Location, nice and helpful staff. A lot of food options in the area. If you're only planning to stay on the beach all day long and need a budget friendly place to sleep, then this is a good option. Loved walking on the broadwalk in the evening.
The room we stayed in needs a refresh (the walls are stained, old furniture, storage doors falling apart, very noisy AC), and just lacks a general feeling of confort. The appliances are not working properly, limited kitchen accessories (which are provided only by request), and if you're planning to cook your own meals, there's not enough space or supplies to do so. The reception for check-in and check-out is two blocks away, walkable distance, not a big problem, but this just should be communicated in advance. They charged some extra resort fees which were not included in my final price on booking.com, again, not a big problem if that would have been communicated in advance and stated somehow in the property description.
