Hollywood Beach Hotels

The location was perfect, the pool was very nice, the rooms were comfortable and clean. As a group of young females, we felt very safe here and enjoyed our stay. We will definitely book again!

The wifi was very slow and did not work, the breakfast did not have a lot of options and the check in process was very very long but it was due to so many people trying to check in and only 1-2 staff members at the desk.

We just love this property as we've stayed before. We had requested room 907, but another person was staying there. Eventhough we requested room 907 almost 2 months before making reservation, it still was not available. Room 908, the toilet did not work for almost the entire stay. Maintenance did come to fix it, but it did not work the next day. We really did not have clean towels, unless we asked for it. And, of course trying to contact the Front Desk is ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE. The staff did an awesome job, but still the toilet not working, no clean towels, we had to take out our trash, these type of things the guests should NOT be doing in on their vacation, and paying a nice chunk of $$$.

We were right on the beach, which was fantastic. The pools were clean. I loved that we had a kitchen and they had a kitchen box that was free, we thought there would be a fee for it but it was free. The beds and pillows were wonderful and the staff was very welcoming and helpful. We had a great time!!!!

Location was awesome, bed was comfortable and there was plenty of space. Enjoyed the morning breakfast as well.

The bathroom was a little less than ideal in the clean department. That and had an issue getting hot water and the towels were not great. Its the beach, so I get it but a clean bathroom is a must for me.

We were thrilled with our experience at HBH!!! I can not say enough good things about this place! The staff made our vacation what dreams are made of! We loved that we could use the facilities at all the hotel locations. We found our favorite pool and gym location. We also loved the staff. They were so friendly and helpful!

Nothing we did not like

The location was a block from the boardwalk and beach. The room had 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a kitchen.

When checking in you are told that a $100 hold will be placed on a credit card and hold released upon room inspection when checking out. It was almost 2 weeks before hold was released and money was made available on my credit card.

Hello, the room was great. Although, we thought it would be OCEAN FRONT. The way it was Ocean Front, it was when we had the room door open. But, it was still nice. Wished the front desk personnel were more friendly, such as: Saying Good Morning, when calling. But, they did not. However, I was able to just check out with a phone call...meaning we didn't have to go down to the lobby to check-out. And, one more thing... housekeeping was not 100%. Nice ladies, but, we didn't receive any soap, any other amenities, and did have to request towels. No filter for the coffee maker, which we had to ask for. The sink in bathroom was clogged, had to call for that to be fixed as well. As you can see some things were not just as expected for paying $$$ on this property. Thanks,

The location was perfect and quiet. The pool was just outside our door. The beach and Broadwalk was about a 2 minute walk.

The window unit air conditioner. We had to speak up and stand close to each other when it was on. Just to hear our conversation. It was so loud, it woke me up in the middle of the night. Check-in was chaotic. Staff training could rectify the problems. (IF they have a good and professional trainer

Location, close to the beach and it was in the center of Hollywood Beach. Safety. I could walk to the bar at the beach without problems in the middle of the night. Plenty of parking options in others properties.

Cleanliness. Neighbors were nasty and I'd like for the hotel staff at least to pick up the masks and garbage left in the floors and the yard. Something that is don't mentioned and it's very important, parking costs are extras and not a flat rate, you'll have to pay a fee for each day and for each car. It's quite expensive, believe me.

Staff was amazing and nice. Location is great. Literally 1 minute walking distance from the beach. and the rates are very affordable.

Wait time at the front desk is sometimes lengthy.
