Paradise Oceanfront by HBH

We stayed in the neptune building. It was updated and had an ocean view. We asked for late checkout which we got at no extra charge. Staff was very friendly. Would definitely stay again.

The only thing I didn't like was that the bathroom had nowhere to put anything. Not even counter space. It is a small bathroom which is fine but a few shelves or something would help. We still made it work and really enjoyed our stay.

I liked the location it was close by everything, that I could walk to. Good restaurants and live shows. The location is 12 min of the Hard Rock Casino. I loved that your are basically at the beach.

First of all be sure your room is ocean view or something like that because when I checked in they gave me a room that it was facing a wall in a alley. I did not expect that and I asked to change because I paid for a room that mentioned ocean view.

Our room was right in front loved the view and the location was perfect. Loved the pillows.

coffee! There was a coffee maker but no coffee. I'm not sure why breakfast was 8-10 . We wake up and 5 every morning, so the no coffee was not cool! I also think they could have finished the remodel in the bathroom

I like the apartment style suite it's spacious clean and comfortable Arnold had the best customer service there and made me feel welcomed to wanting to come again

I didn't like the ladies in the office customer service they were very rude prejudice unhelpful and unwelcoming Arnold was very nice helpful and understanding also the stove in the suite did not work I was very frustrated with that but however I managed

We had a very good time there. Our favorite place is Paradise Hotel. We loved our stay, and people who worked there are very helpful I am very happy with the stay, we are coming back again soon.wilson is the manager there, he is very nice.

I was 20 steps away from the beach, so location was perfect. The bed was comfy , and it was really nice to have refrigerator in my room.

Only 2 outlets in my room worked. Had to make coffee on a stool in the bathroom. Besides that and having some room key issues, everything else was good.I trraveled alone...the queen studio is really on big enough for 1 person

The location, the bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly and fresh towels provided during our weekend stay. Nice size room. Mini studio w/kitchen microwave and fridge.

Roaches! Hair on the floor and the toilet wasn't clean on the bottom, luckily I had my own cleaning supplies! Parking could be an issue. Caulking the tiny holes near the floor and baseboards would help to keep the bugs out. TV language couldn't be changed from Spanish so we missed the Heat playoff game

Great customer service. The staff member who checked me in upgraded my room because it was a short stay and they had one available. It made my trip go from good to awesome!

The remote for the TV didn't work. I think it may have been for a different TV. But that wasn't a big deal. Floor was a bit gritty because of sand but I'm not sure that can ever be fully taken care of in an ocean front room!.

I was pleasantly surprised after reading all the bad reviews but I loved everything. Can’t beat the location and the view. Bed and bedding were very very comfortable and brand new…that’s so important to get a great nights sleep

Everything was good. Rooms could be cleaner, it was disgusting under the bed and it had a foul odor which I fixed with Febreeze.

Location, location, location. Feel like I’m transported thirty years ago. Small hotel next to the ocean.

Transients. Did see good amount of police activity in the morning though.
