Courtyard by Marriott Jacksonville Airport/ Northeast

Everything about this location was perfect. From checking in to the comfort of the bed, it was simply an overall good experience. Juvonyah, the front desk clerk, was super sweet & accommodating. She made sure my stay was comfortable.

I didn't like the fact that someone made 2 charges to my room from the downstairs Cafe. It took about a week to get my money back. I'm not sure how it was possible when IDs should have been checked before charging something to the room.

I was able to sit in the lounging areas and it had tvs that you can control to watch what you want to. The breakfast, during booking I add the breakfast to my booking or else it would've been more expensive

the room, because the room was dark to my liking even with light on.

Very friendly staff, everyone acknowledged we were there. Good morning, have a great day, need anything etc. Just after getting into our room, maintenance man came to check if carpet was dry. He had shampoo it that am. I was glad to know it was clean. The whole hotel was clean & smelled nice. Great location to Jax airport 2 miles away, within walking distance is a large mall, restaurants, gas stations etc. Would stay again when flying in or out of JAX airport.

The seasonal pool was very cold, couldn't use. But it is seasonal, the hot tub was closed, looks like it's undergoing a make over.

Breakfast overpriced!

Ice Makers inoperable, Sliding shower door had to be kept wedged closed during use!

The staff was wonderful and courteous. The hotel room was very clean and spacious. When traveling with our kids, having extra room is always great!

The vending machine prices. $3 for a soda seemed a little much. The breakfast bar was closed due to equipment issues with no reopen date. We would have loved to have had breakfast at the hotel.

Room is clean, quiet and spacious. Staffs observed covid policies.

Was told at checking-in that breakfast is open from 0710 till don't remember 0900 i guess. I went down next day for breakfast and had a shocking question of how would i like to pay. Breakfast is free in every hotel I've been, and if i have to pay which is not a problem, then give me a disclaimer before walking there to make a fool of myself. That's not acceptable! Body lotion in the room was already opened and used. Gym is too small.

Easy to get to. Well lit, felt safe. They have a wake up call. This hotel is the real MVP when it comes to customer service. The young lady that checked us in was ahhhhhhhhmazing!!! She was very kind, sincere, her love for her job showed. We were treated like family. She is definitely the model you want for your business. Great customer service is a rare fine these days.

Staff was wonderful! Can’t say enough about Miss J; so helpful, so pleasant! Also gentleman on front desk next day was equally warm & helpful. Very good experience at this hotel. I will definitely consider it in future.

More soap and towels would have been helpful. I was in a suite and there was only one trash can. Obviously theses are very minor complaints.

The staff were so helpful. I flew in for a funeral and arrived before check-in but they got me into a room so I could get dressed and ready in time for the service. The staff were friendly and the room was very clean. Location great for early morning flights.

My daughter asked for pool towels and the desk clerk was on her cell phone and never got them for my daughter. This happened around 9:30 Sunday. My daughter then found a maintenance person who got her the towels.
