Right next to the airport with free shuttle service.

Breakfast buffet is $21/person but there isn’t pancakes/waffles available at the buffet. It was freezing cold in the lobby & restaurant.

Location, location, location. Well situated if you’re flying out of JAX. The restaurant serves fantastic food and the wait staff are incredibly friendly and outgoing. Can’t say enough about the food and staff.

Unfortunately, for a Hilton property, this hotel remains incredibly aged. The rooms look tired, there doesn’t appear to be any attention to detail or appearance. Whether it’s the toilet paper holder loosely attached to the wall, curtains that don’t full close, dirty balconies, or unattached lamp shades, the rooms give the appearance of minimal upkeep and maintenance.

The location was perfect it was just outside of the airport without having to go into the airport traffic. I especially loved the fire pit and pool area. This hotel does have a restaurant on premises. Tranika and Johnathan at the front desk took great care of me and made me feel very welcomed.

The Starbucks cafe wasn't opened or available. I also had a little bit of trouble with my key card which made me have to walk around to the front of the building when I parked next to a door that would have put me right at my room however Johnathan corrected it and I didn't have any other issues .

Convenient location. Luxurious hotel room. Plenty of towels.

Property in need of rehab. Kitchen faucet loose. Needs new paint and caulking. Door would not lock except for sliding lock. Front desk could not help deliver my luggage to the room bc of late hour and insufficient help. Front desk gave me heavy bag of water and cookie but my hands were full with maneuvering my luggage (1 very large and 1 carryon) and a cane. Only 1 elevator working. Altho I had accepted breakfast offer at $17 by email, it did not reach the Front desk. I opted for Ala carte breakfast. No offer of help loading my luggage into the car as I departed.

The staff were all very kind and polite and met every need. The grilled chicken gorgonzola salad was delicious. The fact that it took less than a minute from the parking lot to the arrival gate made it extremely convenient to pick up my wife when she arrived at the airport.

There were quite a few roaches on the counter tops in the room. I managed to get one of them but the others just walked around like they owned the place.

My confirmation number was somehow invalidated when I checked in so I wasn't in the system. But Jonathan at the front desk was absolutely stellar in attitude and quickly getting us into a room as a walk-in. Restaurant staff was exceptionally friendly and FAST! The airport shuttle runs 24/7, which is a huge asset. If they switched to down alternative pillows to be one of the first hotel chains to support the end of horrible down collecting, I would give them 5 stars.

My son and I drove up from Orlando, FL for the 49ers game. Our room was clean but was a little strong on the smell. The bed and pillows were extremely soft and very comfortable. Clean and comfortable room that was nice and cool. We prefer to sleep in a cooler room. Coffee was very good the 1st morning we awoke to start our day.

My fitted sheet was not changed and it was evidenced by having a makeup smear on it. The bed was just made but not changed. The coffee was not replenished for a fresh cup the 2nd day upon awakening. I really did not expect the hotel to be on the airport grounds.

The check in experience was great the lady at the front desk (I can’t remember her name) was awesome . Got to our room and it was so nice and clean which was great because I was traveling w my 2 young children. Housekeeping came in and changed and made our beds up while we were gone which was great . Everyone was nice and I will definitely recommend and return my next stay in Jacksonville.

The room didn’t have a microwave

soft lights great view and a comfy bed. I thoroughly enjoyed the peacefulness and the environment was altogether wonderful. I would definitely recommend this location to others.

There wasn't anything that I didn't like . I loved everything...

The property was great, I loved the fire pit. the staff was great and very helpful.

Parking- Booking.com does not list that you have to pay for parking even if you are physically at the hotel. I spoke with a staff- since they are on airport property, parking is still $8 even if you are there. Also, it is very limited due to that fact as well.
