I seen 6-7 roaches. I killed 3 ,rest got a way. Seen them in bedroom on table beside TV and bathroom. Other than that. I really liked the room.
The roaches. The room just needs sprayed. Other than that. I liked my room. I did call front desk for an iron / hair drier, she said she couldn't leave office to bring it, that I could come and get it ( I was in a towel just got out of shower) tli ask the office girl if housekeeper could bring it to me , she told me the housekeeper was in a hurry to finish her job due to having to go get someone and couldn't bring it. I thought that was unprofessional. I usually have what I need. I was exhausted from work and drove there to sleep instead of going home. I didn't have everything I needed and I was going back to the hospital to work my 12 hour shift. My scrubs were wrinkled.

very nice me and my family took a cruise out of Jacksonville after a horrible night with another hotel this hotel is very nice affordable comfortable clean great location the older lady working at the front desk do not remember her name she was so sweet everything perfect

It was quiet and very clean. The night clerk was very on point with her customer service skills
The bed was super uncomfortable and my coffee pot couldn't be used it was missing the brew basket there was also no breakfast or available it's been 3 days and my back just started feeling better..... please get new mattresses....

The staff was exceptionally friendly. The bed was comfy. Tv worked well. Handicapped bath was good. Near the airport, but very quiet. Exceptional shopping areas nearby.

The property it self was nice and the staff went above and beyond this past weekend. Everyone was very friendly and the room was nice.
