Newer hotel. Friendly staff, both at front desk and breakfast area. Attentive to guest needs. Great hot breakfast choices and good coffee. The location is convenient to local restaurants and freeway access.

Although it is convenient the only indication of the property is the name at the top of the building. With no door or ground signage available it makes it difficult to find when arriving in the area for the first time, even at night.

It’s very hard finding nice hotels on the northside I loved everything specially having a kitchen area in my room. Everything was nice and clean and it smelled very good inside

Customer service had to wait a few minutes for representative to come to the desk & my key stopped working towards check out maybe because it was close to the time but it was a quick fix no major complaints they were accommodating

Very clean. Beds were comfortable. Loved the apartment setup with full kitchen and separate sitting area. Staff were amazing! Free breakfast was very tasty and parking was free. Was there for the Chris Stapleton concert. Very close to the arena. Visited the beach while we were there too.

I liked the proximity to downtown Jacksonville, the full kitchen and living room and separate bedroom area. I also liked the staff.

I wish they had a bit more parking as we traveled during a big event weekend. But we were able to park on site so it was adequate.

Staff were lovely and super helpful, the area isn’t the best but if you’re travelling via car I don’t think that will be much of an issue. 11am checkout was good, and the room was perfect for what we needed.

No complaints about the hotel and facilities.

It was a great location to the venue and everything we needed was close by. The room was very clean and spacious and had everything we needed. Great layout.

Very musty smell throughout the hotel.

For starters the free parking was a great bonus. The rooms were clean and modern. I gelt very comfortable my entire stay. The front desk staff was always friendly and helpful.

Very helpful and kind staff! Breakfast was delicious and the laundry facilities were free to use! We will definitely stay again when we are in the Jacksonville area!

Pool was broken so we couldn't swim but we were able to sit poolside and enjoy the afternoon!

Breakfast was very good. Room was a great size. Loved how new and clean the property was.

Parking could have been more plentiful. At least one homeless person wondering around the property. Confronted me in the parking lot.
