Courtyard Jacksonville Flagler Center

nice room location near graduation site, courtyard (my dog got to walk around free andsafe) security as a single traveler I felt safe.

No follow up on me after I had a fall ..Someone could have called my room to see if I was ok even after I checked out and reported my fall again no follow up. The manager did offer me a water and 3 pkgs of aspirin/ibuprofen. She did tell me if I needed any further treatment notify them. I am still healing and have some pain in my back and right hand but hope all is better by this weekend. extremely friendly bar gal..

The hotel was conveniently located.

That I was charged a $55.00 pet fee. When I booked the reservation it said that the room fee shown was the one that I would pay. The hotel's documentation told that a pet fee "maybe" charged, but there was no indication of how much that may be, and certainly, no amount for the possible charge was indicated when I booked the reservation. I listed the "pet" as a special request on the original booking and was notified by email that there would be no additional fee for this request. When checking in nothing was said about an additional pet fee charge. Only upon check out was the pet fee requested. Desk person was not interested in listening to my "story." Just said nothing could be done.

Last minute stop on the way to Disney from PA. Staff was super friendly. The room was very clean and very comfortable. The beds and pillows were excellent. There was plenty of room for a family of 5 and a toddler to run. Location was close enough to 95 but away from chaos. I’m super picky and I would stay here any time!

Great hotel with excellent staff. Bed was comfortable and had wonderful, big, firm pillows. The walk-in shower was a nice surprise. We did not eat at the hotel so I can't comment on the food. Only criticism, the hotel is hard to enter when you are coming up to I 95. You have to go to the next shopping center and make a u-turn to get to the entrance. Somewhat tricky at night. But now that we know the secret, we won't have any problems in the future. Would highly recommend.

I was supposed, how excellent location and rooms ware beautiful, the bathrooms big and comfortable , love the staff! Don’t know about breakfast because I didn’t have time …overall I give 10 point out of 10 ! Definitely I will stay again, and recommend! Ty

Staff was responsive and gave the extra mile. Kelly at the restaurant was terrific.

There were some long black hairs on the floor in the bathroom. I’m a guy with short hair. They took care of it promptly.

The room had a poolside view and was very clean.

The AC kept going back to a default 78° which made the room humid and uncomfortable at times. Once I figured out how to keep it at the temp I wanted it was great.

High prices in Cafe, non accommodating with Cafe voucher when I extended my stay 2 extra nights, AC/Heater issues one night

The staff and the safety precautions for COVID. I liked that elevators were limited to passengers. I loved the couch in the room. The bed was quite comfortable.

That it did not have breakfast, and the time that breakfast was available was not convenient. I also did not care for the lack of cleaning supplies in the fitness room. You were asked to sanitize after use, but there was nothing to do that with.

Staff was super friendly and helpful,we had a newly refurbished room with awesome beds, so comfortable. We got a great night sleep and woke up refreshed and ready for the day.
