The only thing we didn't like was upon check out there were no luggage carts available for us to use. Both me and my husband are not able to carry a lot of items for long distances. We were staying on the second floor.My husband waited for over an hour going downstairs 4 times but no cart. He even mentioned to the front desk staff about the lack of carts but was not assisted in locating one.carts were available upon check in as we used one. We feel that the hotel should have more than two carts available given the size of this hotel.

We stayed 5 nights while in town for a family function. The beds were very comfortable. Both the hotel room and common areas were clean. All the staff we encountered from front desk to housekeeping were friendly and very helpful. The fitness center had a treadmill, an elliptical, a stationary bike and free weights, plus space for floor exercise. We did not use the outdoor pool but it looked to be clean and had an outdoor seating area. Breakfast had plenty of options (boiled eggs, yogurt, milk, oatmeal and grits packets, eggs, biscuits & gravy, potatoes, sausage, bacon, 3 kinds of cold juice, English muffin, bagels and bread, pancakes, Cinnabon rolls, several different pre-packaged pastries and muffins, fresh fruit) The coffee bar had Decaf and Regular coffee, hot chocolate mixes, and a selection of tea bags plus creamers, half and half, sugar and artificial sweetner.

The electronic door lock mechanism did not work properly. I think it is just worn out. Sometimes the key card worked on the first try, other times it took upwards of a dozen tries. We tried having keys replaced, but it is obviously the lock itself and not the key card being the problem. The bedside lamp switches were wired I wrong. No way to turn off or on only 1 side of the lamp at a time. The TV remote.worked to change the channel and for volume control but not for off or on. All these items were reported so hopefully they will be repaired soon.

It was very clean. The breakfast was really good, they had bacon, eggs, biscuits and gravy, and many other options. The complementary soap and shampoo was Dove.

It's really close to the on ramp of the highway so all night we heard loud trucks racing onto the highway. It woke us up a couple of times. The shower was slow draining so you stood in water while showering.

Friendly and professional staff. Easy check-in/out. Trollies available at the front entrance for luggage. Free parking. Hand sanitizer by 24 hour front desk. Sightseeing brochures in waiting area available. 1st floor room was large and clean. We didn't hear footsteps or noise from the room above or the rooms next to us. I loved the Dove shampoo, conditioner(large bottles of both provided in shower) and hand soap. K-cup coffee machine and refrigerator in room. Open concept closet with iron and board. Room darkening shade. Windows seemed to be double-pane because we couldn't hear noise from the entrance or highway. Breakfast was ample and had hot and cold items, fresh fruit, coffee & tea, juice, etc. Close to shops, grocery store, gas and restaurants, some within walking distance.

On Booking.com, it states Pet Free. But, on the main hotel sight it is a pet friendly hotel. However, we didn't hear any dogs. Air conditioner was a bit loud. Rooms are smoke free, but it was obvious that people were smoking in a room across the hall. It's a quick walk to the designated smoking area out front.

A very clean facility with a friendly staff. The greeting and check-in with Joseph was probably the finest experience I have ever had at a hotel/motel counter. This gentleman is the face and attitude we all see in the ads, but we never meet them. Thank you Joseph, for the fine customer service and glowing smile. Breakfast was plentiful and everything was very fresh.

Due to the proximity to the expressway, there was some noise. It didn’t affect my visit, but light sleepers may not appreciate the sounds.

The choices for breakfast were numerous. I didn't try everything, but the foods I did try were fresh and tasted great. The operating hours were convenient, and the staff kept the breakfast area neat and well-stocked. Additionally, the Dove shower/shampoo/lotion products in the bathroom are the BEST. They made me feel a bit pampered, lol.

Nothing at all. I wish I could've stayed for a week.

I had 14 soccer players with their parents and families at this hotel for a soccer tournament. The staff was absolutely incredible, and the facilities were perfect to host us and several other teams. Everyone was so kind and made our stay perfect! I felt like they knew me when I walked out the room and had the fitness center right across the hall. 🏃🏼‍♀️💪

Free breakfast and in the afternoon we liked that they had lunch and cookies!

Housekeeping didn’t do anything but give us fresh towels. Not sure if that’s how the hotel does their housekeeping, but it’s always nice to have a fresh bed made. But either way we didn’t care.

Comfortable and clean room, well maintained. Comfortable bed with soft and firm pillows for me to choose. Good breakfast buffet with expansive menu, included with my room. Friendly staff and inviting atmosphere. Location close to freeway exit.

Nothing really. Even for picky person it would be hard to find reason for complain.

The staff was friendly and the lobby was clean and my room was a perfect fit for my family and I.

The shower in room 117 needs updating because it has water everywhere when you shower
