Breakfast was very good. The staff was very friendly and pleasant. The rooms are great with the kitchenette and great beds and room to lounge.

This time our room was not cleaned very well. O was a bit disappointed being we paid the most we have ever paid for a Home2 and we stay in them all the time. The bathroom floor had hair on it like it wasn’t swept and the fridge and such had not been wiped down and the garbage was full under the sink. It had not been emptied. I am sure they were very busy but for 280 a night I was expecting clean.

The location is great. Close to dining and shopping. The room is spacious and it was clean and supplied well.

The breakfast needs improvement. The frozen eggs were not good. No meat was offered at all. The waffles you made yourself were good. Shower head needs improvement, the water pressure is low and it takes a long time to heat up.

I really like the room is good enough for family. We can make our own food. It has open burner and nice space . Good swimming ,small gym but better to take exercise ,clean all hotel, Its Beautiful all hotel around .

I donot like breakfast .i ate for not to be hungery ,not really good. Not different variety

The cleanliness is fantastic. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay a pleasure. The front desk evenings lady is a joy and the maintenance crew are some of the most helpful staff I’ve met.

The blinds are on remote control, on the wall. It didn’t work most of the time. It would even roll up and down on its own but the staff would immediately come to fix the problem when I called. The breakfast is a little sparse ,especially for one who is on a special diet but that is not why I chose Home 2 Suites. T

Breakfast setup was great and tables were socially distanced. Food that we could pick up was individually wrapped and waffles were toasted by staff.

Advised we didn't require room service but requested towels and soap since shower gel bin was empty. It was not in our room as we were told it would be on returning from all day activities. Not a major issue and staff immediately got items for us.

Everything was great, the room was clean and all it had been very nice, the TV is big screen. The bathroom was organized very well. The breakfast was great, and there was a variety of options.

no hand sanitizer at elevators , toilet was dirty and there was a red press on nail on the floor of our room that didn’t belong to us

Loved the breakfast....so much that we found a second one of your properties on the way home!!

The pillows and sheets

The staff was friendly. The location was great. Restaurants and shopping was very easy to access. Accessories in the room was excellent.

Bathroom had some hair in the corner. Room was clean with the exception of the small amount of hair in the bathroom.

In love the kitchen and bedding comforts. My husband and I felt like we could remain in the room to relax without leaving to get a bite to eat as they offered portable grills and skillets to use!

The concierge upon arrival was not smiling and very short. I know we all have bad days and I just hope she gets better for the sake of customers entering the establishment.
