Holiday Inn Jacksonville E 295 Baymeadows, an IHG Hotel

They have a pool, they have ok food for breakfast and lunch (which lunch is Tuesdays-Saturdays) the beds were quite comfortable, the coffee was nice, and they had a decent view from the window all they could see was basically highways and roads and that is pretty much it but otherwise, my fiance's stay was pretty good.

the pool was a little too chlorinated but pretty much nothing was wrong with our stay except the breakfast was a little plain and basic as well as it was not too good for a nice hotel like holiday inn but the lunch was awesome at least.

I loved the location and Jacksonville Beach was close. I always expect a Holiday Inn hotel room to be clean, and this one certainly was. Staff was excellent and helped me figure out how to navigate beach areas, coffee was hot in the lobby, and just a great experience overall.

Some fellow clientele a few rooms down didn't seem to have much use for etiquette, and threw their trash into the hallway and were a little loud (although I didn't have issue falling asleep). That was the experience itself and nothing to do with the hotel, as I didn't complain.

Very clean and comfortable. It felt very secure and no unnecessary noise

My reason to stay in Jacksonville was that I had an early appointment at Mayo. My son booked another time at another Holiday Inn. It was nice but I don't think it was as nice. I wish rooms were cheaper. Because I always have to stay overnight for an appointment.

Price because we live on social security. It says to share vacation photos. but it was not a vacation. My husband had a stroke last year and I was pushing him in a wheel chair. The women at the desk was very very helpful

The rooms was spacious and the pool and jazucci was clean and relxing. The hotel was in a great location around all kinds of restaurants and things to do with the kids.

The pictures for the breakfast looked amazing but when we went to best its was blah. The eggs was powdered and all the food they kept in the warming dishes has soggy.

It was in a very quiet and secluded neighborhood and the room was clean.

The bathtub drain was clogged which caused still water and the bathroom shower curtain was dirty and needed to be changed.

The rooms are a very good size. I definitely enjoyed that. I like that it came with a mini fridge and microwave. There is a lot of stores and food choices around as well.

The shower door look dirty and it seemed like there was a big group of family and friends there (they took up about 3-4 rooms) so there was a lot of door slamming all night and commotion which was annoying but not the hotel staff fault.

The hotel was in a good area for restaurants and grocery stores. It was a peaceful area. Check in was smooth and the night clerk was pleasant.

The morning staff wasn't friendly at all. The breakfast buffet was overly priced and looked nothing like the pic. We were there 4 days and ate breakfast at McDonald's the last 3 days. Breakfast definitely should've been free. The rooms were clean but the sheets kept coming off of the bed and the air wasn't getting cold enough.

The location was in a safe area with amenities close by. The hotel was very clean and the AC worked like a charm. The hotel staff was wonderful and polite.

The bed sucked. Very firm and uncomfortable. The shower head in the bathroom was built up with hard water deposits and did not run well. Make sure when you're booking that you select the room that says "breakfast included", otherwise it's 10.95 per person for a standard continental breakfast selection without waffles.

First I would like to say that when we entered our room there was I very nice note left on the tv stand from the hotel manager. I must say that this small gesture(the note) actually made our choice to stay here again well worth it. This note may seem small to some but for us it meant a world of difference. Everything that I requested prior to our stay was already placed in our room when we arrived. I will definitely refer this hotel to my family and friends.

That I couldn't stay longer, lol. I really didn't have anything to complain about during our stay.
