Breakfast is awesome, the best of any hotel. Beautiful, airy, open spaces in hotel lobby area and in the individual hotel rooms. Huge spacious bathrooms, exceptional "handicapable" bars and textured tub floor for folks like me with disabilities. Clean smell and gorgeous floors, no stinking carpets to strain your breathing.

Only one thing, I must mention for improvement: the pillows are a dud. The flattest, no support at all. Haven't slept on pillows like these in years in any hotel. They even appear old and used from a thrift store, truly not up to par with this beautiful hotel chain. Very poor comfort and no support for one's neck. I tried all night, every night, four nights, and I couldn't rest properly because of these flat almost non-existent pillows. I even stacked four plus pillows---didn't help at all. Please replace with new pillows with shape and form for support. This is the only downside at this Tru by Hilton. Thanks for listening.

Breakfast options were great although bacon was not an option. WiFi is great for remote working. I love the private bathroom and step in shower and vanity with counter space and shelves. Bed is comfortable and enjoyed the big screen TV. Room and hallways and elevator was clean. I like the pull down shades and personalized message on the TV. Staff is friendly and lobby has plenty of areas for guest to enjoy.

Bacon wasn't offered for breakfast and food could have been hotter since there are no microwaves in the room. Microwaves are only available in the hallway and lobby. It would be nice to add microwaves in the rooms since there are mini fridges. These are just preferences and do not affect my overall great stay. I would recommend anyone to stay there as I have a few times. Just be prepared for the $50 charge per day your stay. I was not prepared for the extra charges even though it will be refunded back at checkout.

Staff, THE ENTIRE STAFF that we came across was the tops! They all had a level of genuine concern. Breakfast was quaint and simple, but still very fulfilling. I also like how they encourage their guests to socialize in the lobby. I mean even the other guests were personable. They also loved my pup! Really enjoyed this place. I don't do many reviews, but when I do, they are worth the read.

Wish they had an indoor pool as well and though this wasn't really anything to dislike, when we arrived, the hand soap had not been refilled. When we asked for a re-fill, we got a bottle with water. But the issue was resolved, new soap was delivered very quickly and pleasantly.

My first time staying at Tru Hilton and it beat every hotel I ever stayed at. Was not expecting the welcome introduction on screen as I walked in the room, but I loved it! The comfort was amazing and I don't really have anything negative. There was something up with the shower heat like someone loosened it somehow. But that wasn't a big deal for me and fixed pretty quick.

Honestly, I don't have anything. Although, I wished the app controls had just a few more features for adjusting the lights and AC. But overall, not a deal breaker.

I was traveling with a sick pet to a much needed visit, to a JAX optometrist/specialist. The fact is that I felt they were accepting of my pet and that helped me feel welcome at a very difficult time. I had read about other local pet friendly hotels but this referral came directly from my specialist, and they were right. There were no last minute switches into a leaking room, or rejection of my "cats" needs. I highly recommend this location! I would rent from them again. My only complaint was a very dusty and sandy floor in the bedroom area. It's a Tru shortsight because there was no dust mop on the cleaning cart. Otherwise Thank you, Tru! See you next visit!

I liked the location pushed back off a busy street but easy to get to with a publix and target on the same street. I like the beds and everything g was pretty clean. They even got us in earlier which was great after leaving at 6am in alabama to lose an hour it's very nice. Nice stay otherwise. The dog area was clean with poop bags for anyone who needed it. Nice little gym area and you could tell it's cleaned regular because there was no ordor which is great and if you forgot your ear buds you could get them at the desk. Breakfast was good I wish just plain eggs instead of an omelet because I do have a very picky eater on my hands.

The body wash wasn't filled and there was no top on the conditioner bottle. We have a 10 yr old and everything is fair game for the putting her hands in. The trash can had a bag in it but they failed to open it so we used our own. The a/c was touch and go, set it for 68 degrees and I was right next to it with all the covers off but the rest of the room was cooler; I run cold too. No extra blankets provided luckily we brought our own and the pillows while they looked nice they were too fluffy with no support again we used our own from our house. On the website said indoor pool it is an outside pool - no hot tub; originally booked the hotel to entertain my daughter but we got her working out in the gym instead.

The location was very good, it has a ton of restaurants and grocery stores around it. The breakfast was good, but I think there were more people in there than it normally would, so the person responsible to restock the food wasn't able to keep up with it. The only bad thing is that they have smoke detector on the bathroom, so I went take a hot shower and the alarm went off with the shower vapor. A disaster having two kids sleeping on the same room.

Good location, clean hotel and rooms, great continental hot breakfast and nice outdoor pool. Publix is within walking distance to grab any snacks or drinks needed since room has mini refrigerator.

No closet in room, very little space to hang clothes. only microwave available is in the lobby and it is not cleaned very often. The chef/cook that normally prepares the morning breakfast tends to hang out around front desk and just looks at everyone getting breakfast and appears to be very judgmental, it was a bit awkward at times. Tip for any folks booking and seeking a quiet room, please ask the front desk to book you in a room on the opposite side of the highway. We had lots of road noise since our room was overlooking highway.

I loved everything about the hotel. I especially love that you can sign into your Netflix on the TV. A few other mention able are in addition to an ice machine they also have filtered water available. There are many options for breakfast to include a pancake maker that is completely automated! Pool area was great and very clean.

The location is so close to the highway that while the pool was very enjoyable I didnt care for seeing and hearing the traffic.. not much they can do to fix it unless they put up a wall or barrier on the side by the highway. No microwave or coffee makers in the rooms...only refrigerator.
