We liked the location

The only problem we had was when we did not like pulling back the curtain to look out of the window and finding flying bugs in our window seal when we returned back to our room #428 from having a wonderful outing with family. When we checked into this room on Friday morning there were no bugs anywhere when we pulled back the curtain. We had to pack up and change to room #328 for the maintenance man to spray the bugs.

Looks exactly like the picture . & that bed .. babyyyyy that bed 🙌🏽 it was super comfortable . I want one for my room . The water got super hot which is a plus to me .

Room is a little small . The room had a mold mildew smell when we first arrived .. but overall was really clean . And I wish I had a microwave .

The room was roomy, the bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The bathroom was conveniently located and I enjoyed having charging plugs so readily available. There were plenty of towels when needed.

I almost ran out of toilet paper. The bathroom although was not for handicap, would have benefited with a bar by the bathtub. Even though not handicap, older people would appreciate this. There was not a microwave in the room. I did okay without it, but it would have been a nice convenience.

I really love the staff behind the food and drink bar. They are so friendly. The breakfast was good. I would give a thumbs up to everything behind that bar. I liked that housekeeping came daily. I liked that the location was very close to everywhere I needed to go.

They need to do a better job of removing trash on the exterior of the building. Walking around the building at least once per day is a must. I wish there was a microwave in the room and I wish the freezer actually froze things. They really don't want you bringing leftovers obviously because not much can fit in the fridge. My view was a little suspect also. I had a partial view of the roof over the pool and all I could see was chicken bones and cigarette butts on top of the roof.

All was well.

Since the pandemic my husband and I travel with our own air purifier, the room was certainly clean to the natural eye but upon leaving the purifier had to be clean from the hidden things in the room. I have suggested to ALL hotel chains as a precautionary measure to please take to mind installing air purifiers in the rooms, I promise the guests will feel that much more safe.

The staff was super friendly and very knowledgeable. They did not seem frustrated with any of the issues presented to them. My HAT off to ALL of them. After checking in and getting settled, i noticed the air was not working. They sent maintenance immediately to discover it needed to be replaced. They then put me in a better room with a balcony overlooking the pool. Loved it! Even the sleeper sofa was comfortable.

Not enough towels. The hotel ran out of towels several times, always told they were washing them. Staff was nice about the situation and tried to accommodate.

The evening shift staff were personable and very helpful.

We had the “do not disturb” sign on the door and the first night of stay they came in our room the next day. Also we went to the bar and grill at 9:35pm. They are open from 5-10pm. Asked for a menu and the gentleman looked at his watch in frustration and with an exasperated look proceeded to attempt to hand them to us. I said don’t bother. We ate off the property.

Bed was comfy.

Kept smelling sewer tank water. Old a/c unit leaks onto the balcony. The balcony had large spiders & spider webs. Along with beehives attached to the balcony door & no balcony furniture.

Overall outstanding hotel. We had gotten new sheets & covers everytime we step out the room. The workers were super nice highly recommended 🩷

The customer service was amazing and very refreshing. The room was large and extra comfortable. I will definitely stay again when I come back to the area.
