Very convenient to everything we did. Staff was excellent and very accommodating

Bar was awful. The staff was great but the inventory of drinks was horrific. The worse part was they knew it and didn’t do anything about it. I was told on 3/1 that beer doesn’t come in until 3/10. I was told the same every night. I’m sure it can be bought earlier for people that spend 5 night and are spending $3k each.

The whole experience there was perfect. Everyone at the Front Desk was so accommodating to us. It's a great location and so close to everything. When asking about quietness of the room, we were located right outside the ICE MACHINE. That was a bit noisy, but otherwise, no complaints. BED and PILLOWS WERE THE BEST. We both slept like babies!

Room location by ICE MACHINE, so on occasion we would hear a loud noise. But aside from that, nothing to complain about.

Very nice hotel, looked fairly new with beautiful modern lobby and rooms. Clean and comfortable. Friendly, efficient staff. Great location in downtown Abacoa, walking distance to restaurants and bars. Free parking garage, which is a plus given how some hotels charge for that. Unfortunately, because of Covid, on-site restaurant was closed other than for coffee purchase. We had to ask for a coffee maker for our room, which they promptly delivered. Sanitizers were available in the lobby and people were social distancing. Masks required inside the hotel. Overall met and exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend!!

We stayed here for one night for a concert across the street. Location is excellent, rooms are spacious and clean! Lots of free parking! We loved our balcony! The staff are friendly and helpful. We would stay here again and definitely recommend it to anyone!

the location was good. it was very close to where i needed to be in Abocoa. several eateries near by. the staff was pleasant, professional.

Covid restrictions in place. no breakfast, or i believe it was offered at a price. not even complimentary coffee in the lobby. i had to request a microwave, even though it was listed as an amenity. they brought it to my room quickly, even though it was late.

That there was no free coffee station! Customers should be able to get a cup of coffee at least without having to go to Starbucks.

Loved the location, proximity to parking in the garage. Also liked the pool and hot tub

I didn't like the check in process. They said I had no reservation. But after a few minutes realized it was under my first name. Maybe a simple mistake but when your 2000iles from home and they tell you you have no room - you're not happy.

Everybody on the staff was extremely friendly during the check in process. We only stayed one night, so we had a limited interaction with the staff.

It was a little difficult to find. Apparently this area of Jupiter does not allow them to put signs at the street level so you have to really pay attention to where you’re going in order to find the property. But overall it was a great stay.

The facility itself was nice. Very clean and staff was very friendly.
