Courtyard by Marriott West Palm Beach

I was in the area for a concert and this hotel was fairly close to the venue. The room was clean and the staff was nice. Even though I didn’t take advantage of the dining area, it was nice to know that there was food available for breakfast and lunch. I did check out the menu and it looked good. I also liked that checkout was 12pm.

The room I stayed in had a terrible view. Even though I only stayed one night it would have been nice to have seen something somewhat pleasant during my stay while I was in the room. I enjoy the natural light when pulling back the window curtain but the view was a very sad.

Room, location and cleanliness were great! Staff was very helpful and offered a lot of good suggestions for restaurants. Beds and temperature of rooms were very comfortable.

The breakfast selection wasn't very good at all. There were just a few pieces of questionable looking fruit. It was boasted as a free breakfast, but all of the breakfast items (minus the fruit) were very expensive and required a purchase.

stayed here for a week, anc had a lovely holiday. we will come back. the hotel is in a great location, near the beach, near west Palm centre, good for shopping. the pool area is lovely and very well maintained The staff were so kind and helpful. The hotel is very clean.

the facilities and rooms reflect the 3 stars, but the beds are very comfortable. the one thing that let the hotel down is the catering. I did state in advance that I have dietary restrictions, we paid for breakfast but there was no gluten free bread and gluten free cereal was there only the first 3 mornings. dinner in the hotel is basic.

So I’m a travel nurse and I stayed here for a few weeks while on assignment and I must say the property is super clean and affordable. First off I feel like the staff is always cleaning not even just housekeeping but I’ve seen management vacuum at night, it’s super reassuring especially during these times. The staff was always welcoming and I was always greeted super warming. I felt safe there’s security outside main entrance in the evening through the night. They do all sort of longer term discounts if you plan on staying longer than a week. The manager there i wish I remembered his name but he was always so friendly and polite and accommodating. My room was always thoroughly cleaned there house keeping should get good metals i walk by rooms and just see and hear them scrubbing things down! The hotel even smells nice. I just really enjoyed staying with them if I ever travel to west palm again for work or pleasure I know where to stay! Thank you so much you guys were amazing!!!!!! ❤️

The breakfast is more so grab and go, breakfast sandwiches, muffins, fruit, coffee things like that. But this is more less most hotels across the U.S not a huge deal.

Jill from the Bistro was fantastic! she really went the extra mile for me with all my food allergies

I got badly bitten by bedbugs and am still really sick of it. I did make the staff aware of this and was informed a claim would be lodged. I am awaiting feedback from the Marriott. Unfortunately this resulted in me missing out a day of my conference which has seen to it that I lost valuable opportunities and money as I have paid for my attendance. It also resulted in medical costs.

The pool and room was clean and amazing!

The AC and the breakfast items. my oatmeal was watery and staff made us feel like we were bothering them when we asked for breakfast accommodations. One guy made me like I was weird because of my dairy allergy and coffee preference. so I never went back to buy anymore coffee. Also the room AC was leaking and there was a big wet spot near the AC.

clean and convenient location we were there for Christmas Eve and day so they were operating with limited staff but everyone was helpful and attentive they did have a more pared down options at the cafe

It was meticulously kept

We arrived at 9:30 and your desk staff were really polite and super friendly however we had just got off from a 10 hour flight to be told they had started to close the kitchen and we wouldn’t be served food, not really impressed as food was supposed to be served until 10pm. This wasn’t ideal as we hadn’t eaten and were planning to eat at the hotel

The facility was clean the pool was open and everything looked very nice and clean. The staff was incredible. Derrick was awesome and accommodating. If you want pizza order Pavolis they were really good. If you want towels they will bring them to your room door. It was a great experience

The trash cans are a little small and the fridge isn’t big either so if you plan on storing food or throwing things away there isn’t much space but the staff is so nice that if you called them I’m sure they would have someone bring you a trash bag

The staff was extremely helpful, courteous, friendly. They went above and beyond for us during our stressful time evacuating because of hurricane Ian. Anything we asked for they were courteous and helped us with. The hotel was clean and comfortable.
