Embassy Suites by Hilton Palm Beach Gardens PGA Boulevard

My recent stay at Embassy hotel by ✨️Hilton PBG was a Good stay. Smooth keyless check-in, and a cozy, well-maintained room made for a restful night's sleep. There was Complimentary breakfast and Wi-Fi added to the convenience. There's a grand pool area, and a 24 hr exercise fitness area. Overall the hotel's location suited my needs, and the attentive staff promptly checked in via messaging for any requests I had during my short stay. It was a decent, comfortable and hassle-free stay. I'd consider this hotel for any next upcoming future visit.

The only thing I would recommend in the bathroom is adding some sort of anti slip on the shower floor, because I felt it was a bit slippery for my taste when water was present, (there were safety grab bars which was good to see), but I still placed a towel on the floor for personal safety purposes.

Front desk , Ms. Nadine was very nice and extremely helpful. I have a disable daughter, and she made our accommodations for an accessible room as soon as possible. 🥰

Only when the bar tender made a statement , I had too many cookies from the complimentary refreshments. I had about 8 cookies. They were for me and my family that wasn't there at the bar. It was 4 of us ! And she said it in front of the other guest that was at the bar. It was Friday evening 8/11/23. I started to say something, but I didn't. So I'm saying it now. I felt a little embarrassed, so I left the cookies.

Very clean like the store on site and of course once again it’s in a very good location Also the breakfast off the chain very great no size lobby able to hang out with friends and family that were there also would recommend to anybody great place to stay The kids loved watching the coy in the pond

impressive and updated facility with a welcoming entrance, nice gathering space and overall sense of appeal. breakfast setup and offerings were fantastic and well done.

the reception area is not easy to find. with two big entrances, if you go in the one that doesn’t face the registration desk, you might wander a bit in search of it.

The staff, from the desk managers to the bartender to the buffet to housekeeping....great! Always pleasant and helpful. The location was great with the places on my itinerary.

The hvac could be upgraded. It worked, but it just ran continuously and didn't do a great job regulating humidity.

Location is great, easy access to shopping, beaches, parks and other attractions.

Fire alarm during breakfast one day that was not communicated correctly to guest. Being stuck on a high floor, seeing fire truck/emergency vehicles outside, no elevator and zero communication from front desk/security was highly concerning. It turned out to be a false alarm. Definitely needs improvement in safety protocol and communication.

The place is beautiful when you arrive everything looks nice. The breakfast was awesome so much food to pick from and delicious too. The staff was very helpful and attentive. Good service.

The only thing I didn't like was the toiletries were super old ( shampoos, soap) they smell bad

Breakfast was absolutely amazing and the best part of our stay! My husband and I were there celebrating our wedding anniversary and my husband’s birthday (same day) and the Chef (Kenny) made us feel so special by announcing to the surrounding hotel guests that it was our special day AND presented us with sweet desserts AND led the audience in a selection of Happy Birthday to make my husband feel extra special! Breakfast was amazing and Kenny prepared a great meal! It was the best part of waking up! He not only is a great cook, but had the people skills and professionalism to compliment it! Thanks for a great experience! We will be back!

No issues or complaints!

We love everything about this hotel! The breakfast is awesome. The best omelettes ever!! We have visited over 20 times on our many trips to the East coast. Very close to Rapids Waterpark

They don’t have an ice machine on the (pure) allergy floor

Complimentary breakfast and happy hours were wonderful. I enjoyed the atrium and the live swans that were next to the bar which made a the difference with relaxing after a long day of work. I'll definitely be returning! The staff was wonderful and the location is next to everything.

I had no complaints whatsoever. Again, the location of the hotel is next to the Palm Beach Gardens outlets. There are tons of shopping stores and restaurants that you can visit. Also, grocery stores are near by as well.
