Nice place to stay, modern, good breakfast available

I parked in the main parking lot out front. That evening the sprinkler system came on and the next morning, the car was all spotted from whatever minerals or hardness is in the water. And I had just gotten a car wash. I assumed it would all wash off when I returned to my home destination but I was horrified that it did not. Some washed off but there are definite spots remaining. And this is a $100,000+ car. I will work it with the guy who details my car but I’m an unhappy camper and may be back to you.

This was amazing! Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Chelsea at the front desk is awesome! This was the cleanest hotel I've stayed in. Breakfast was exceptional as well!! The mall was so nice across the way that we walked to. Will definitely stay again!

very well maintained

it did not seemed to be filled yet I was given a room with a view of the large air condition handler right at my window. When we opened the blind to see this it was disappointing. I thought maybe it was the only room left. but the parking lot hand plenty of available parking even the next morning when I left at 7:00am.

Front desk manager was helpful and solved initial problem made with booking issues . Maintenance staff and room mades were great. Room despite occupied with four was always clean and in order after their "intervention"

Sometimes it seemed like there is a lack of communication and information flow among staff, but this could be just our experience.

Great location just minutes off 95 and minutes to the beach. Located between great shopping & restaurants! Property is very clean and well-maintained. Lobby is very bright and welcoming!

Housekeeping services were a bit slow. We returned at 2pm and room was not yet made up.

We love our stay. The hotel is beautiful, clean but the staff could be more friendly. There was no incident

The reception is not very friendly. We were not even asked if we enjoyed our stay. Everything else was wonderful. No water was provided either

The cleanliness, the Bartender, Roberto and overall stay was safe and nice!

That my incidental monies haven’t been placed back on my card and a charge of $26.20 that was charged on my card that was supposed to be cleared up upon me checking as I paid cash for my meal and my two bottles of wine! No incidental issues, yet my card is being charged $150.00. I will contacting my credit card company to have these charges removed today, as I have given this place (8) days to rectify this problem!

It was beautiful, clean, comfortable! I highly recommend this to anyone!! I am so glad we found this place on “Booking.com” And read to reviews on “Trip Adviser” they we spot on!! It was such a nice place and we got a good deal on it it was a last minute. All the staff were very nice and the place was supper clean hats off to them and there hard work! Very quite and beautiful inside and the grounds outside were awesome!!

It is amazing. We got married there two years ago so we go back every year on our anniversary.

Nothing, everything was good. Wish the bar was a little more upbeat.
