Holiday Inn Express West Palm Beach Metrocentre, an IHG Hotel

Good size, very clean, nicely appointed room and bathroom. Good variety of breakfast food. Pool area inviting although we did not use it. Good location for us as we were in town for an Astros Spring Training ballgame and just a couple miles to the Ballpark of The Palm Beaches

We had a somewhat difficult time finding the hotel as palm trees were obscuring the name of the building

Very spacious and comfortable suite (2 full beds with a sofa bed) That fit 1 adult and 6 neices and nephews comfortably. Great breakfast.

I called the hotel to inform them of my late arrival. When I arrived, no one was to be found. I waited and walked around looking for someone who finally came to the front after 10 minutes of me wondering. I also asked for extra blankets and pillows for the sofa bed prior to arrival (there were none). I called the following morning @ 8a.m. and was told it would be right up (nothing). I called again at 11 and told them to just leave it in the room as I would be out, only to return to (nothing) an hour later. I called again and finally got them.

Not very friendly staff

For our purpose, being close to JFK North Hospital, it was a very good location. It was also close to a Cracker Barrel restaurant. The hotel was new looking, the beds were comfortable, wifi was good and they had a good breakfast. The lady who was in charge of the breakfast was especially friendly and helpful.

No complaints really but parking was at a premium.

Staff was so warm and friendly, Front desk agents were very knowledgeable about the area, and had several suggestions of activities to do and places to go around the vicinity of the hotel and the surrounding areas. Michelle went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful!

They were an amazing staff and made sure to help with any questions we had and made sure to help with the amount of people we had. Thank you. I would stay again.

The sink broke in one of the 3 rooms we had but that was at the end of our stay and when I told them they made sure to try and take of quickly before anyone else was to stay there. So it really wasn't a bad stay it was just some random problem at the last day on a 3 day stay with a bunch of us in 3 rooms. Oh also when we went to the breakfast the first morning it was sour milk for cereal, thankfully some of our kids still needed milk so we had extra in our rooms for them . After that we ate somewhere else in the morning. But other than that was a great stay.

The breakfast was very good but cook oats or porridge could have been included. The location is quiet but no home cook for caribbean people.

The hotel needs to provide shuttle services for guests to go shopping and restaurants in short distances. The taxi is very expensive.

The guy (manager) on the 3rd night had no idea how to help me when my battery died in the parking it! Asked him if he can help my find out which quest had the van next to me. So we can move it to jump car. He was completely clueless ! Told me y’all check cars in as well to the hotel, an that van was not checked in! Later that day I found out it was on the quest staying here as well!

It was super clean, there is hot food for breakfast and the hotel room is very elegant and modern looking.

Breakfast was over cooked and hard to eat. The one front desk lady when we got there on 7/12/2021 at 3pm was rude and uncaring, ignoring us for 5 minutes before finally checking us in without looking at us at all. The hotel location is right on the edge of the ghetto, but close to the interstate making travel to the beach a breeze.

breakfast was pretty good, and initially getting to the place I was uncertain on how service was going to be but I was very impressed how friendly the staff was. kudos to your crew, that made a difference in our stay.

we got a handicap room, but was clean. you can hear a lot through those doors.
