young hostesses at restaurant a bit rude. 3 girls standing there talking among themselves while people are waiting. while sitting outside with my gf having dinner at restaurant at nite. same three hostesses came out and turned all the lights off on the tables except for the one at our table never said hello never said why they were turning the lights off again they were rude but Michael our waiter was excellent excellent job he did. He recognized it and relit lights. another couple sat outside. They watched them sit and never put a light at their table. I went, got a light and I put it on the table for them. 

The location was convenient to all & within walking distance to park, Jupiter river walk, Dive Bar, Twisted Tuna & live music at double roads. The hotel room was beautiful with a part view of the ocean, very clean, spacious & comfortable. We enjoyed the pool & the beach, which was steps from the resort. From the time we checked in til we left the service was exceptional, including the restaurant, tiki bar, room service & valet parking. We will definitely return here!

No suggestions as It was awesome.

New renovated room was lovely. Beach and service fabulous! Pool a little small for such a large property. Breakfast was very good. All dining areas were under construction so not quite as good as it will be when completed. However, was still very doable in the meantime. All doormen, front desk, service staff were super friendly. Location of this hotel is excellent. We had a really nice time & would definitely come back or recommend this property.

The location is outstanding. Staff is outstanding. I had a little issue with the booking and they stuffed me into a room with two double beds however the following morning they quickly changed over a newly occupied king suite and they moved me in. Jupiter Beach resort did everything they could. I stayed here a few times and it's always been very good. It's nice to have the free parking and to be able to walk to the white and come and go easily. It's a great place to stay if you're going to be in Jupiter!

We had dinner and breakfast during our overnight stay. We can’t wait to come back again, the service and food was amazing! We went to the Square grouper to listen to music and we took an open air taxi, it was so much fun. We sat on the beach, the guys who got us chairs and towels and food were so attentive!

I don’t think there was one thing that I didn’t like. I can’t remember going to a hotel and meeting such a nice staff. Some of them had worked there for many many years. You could tell they loved their jobs. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, it was a special weekend for us.

From the moment we pulled into the resort, the friendliness and attentive nature of the staff was immediately apparent. The lobby smelled so fresh and clean with the room being equally clean and well appointed. Being only 2 hours from home, this resort is a gem and has been one of my favorite places to stay for many years, nothing has changed! It's still just as fabulous as it was 10 years ago!

Everything is great. The new renovations are awesome. Our room was lovely. Staff is the friendliest I've encountered anywhere in FL, in years! This is my favorite place to stay whenever I'm in Jupiter.

They require valet parking now. They used to let you self park. I wasn't happy about having to pay the fee particularly since they still advertise that you can self park.

Location is perfect. The pool is also very nice. Lots of great dining options onsite and just around the corner.

Nothing. I like some of the upgrades. I have stayed at here many times. I liked some of the old decor. Also, wish that you could get beach chairs and umbrellas a bit longer. Check in time is at 4pm, but chairs and umbrellas are only available until 5pm.

Wonderful vacation, fantastic staff, great food!! The beach is beautiful, rivals the Caribbean. I cannot say enough about the professional and classy way that the staff handled themselves and the guests.

The only negative: the Spa was not open but was advertised. We were a bit disappointed that it was not ready.

Wonderful location great hotel

The room had an adjoining door that I can hear the people in the other room coughing sneezing talking. I complained asked to be moved and it was never followed up on. I called him and they said the people were going to be checking out next to me and there would be no one in there. That night the same man was in there and I could hear all his bodily functions
