Very nice clean room. Absolutely great pool !!! Free shuttle service to Duval street.

The breakfast has room for improvement. It took forever to get refill on hot items. Most of the dishes were empty and only filled with a few items each time that was snatched away right away. Refills should have been larger and faster. Orange juice machine was left empty. Tables were left dirty from previous guests. Etc. The breakfast staff didn't seem to be too enthusiastic to be there. The front desk staff was very courteous though !! The shuttle driver didn't want to talk to us and answer questions about where the pick-up place and times were. I had to call the hotel to get information. But I appreciated the free shuttle service. The pool was definitely one of the highlights along with the room.

I loved the cabanas at the pool. We enjoyed the location of breakfast overlooking the pool. More breakfast fruit would be appreciated (we were in Key West - fruit is in season). We tried the bacon; it was extremely greasy and had very little flavor. I am wearing a cast due to a broken ankle. The function of the elevator was very sporadic. The lobby, pool area could use more convenient ramps. The information for the hotel needs to include information about the number of steps that need to be navigated too. We would not have booked the room if we knew the elevator only functioned sporadically AND if we knew a first floor room was actually on second floor due to parking being on the ground level under the rooms. We would appreciate a complimentary stay of two nights to compensate us for the inconvenience and expense of our original stay.

Loved the pool area! Breakfast options were nice. The shuttle was great and prompt.

Breakfast area wasn't kept clean. The floor always had spills and I had to request that our table be cleaned many mornings. The room was clean, but old (moldy spots in the bathroom). I would expect these things to be cleaned up at $400-500/night. The bike rental people were very friendly and accomodating, but definitely wasted a lot of time.

The property is alright and acceptable. Beds were comfortable, nice staffs, and amazing atmosphere. The pool was nice and pretty big. The breakfast in this hotel is a 9/10. I loved the breakfast meals, had a lot of good options!

I saw a lot of insects that grossed me out (in hallways ). Rooms are too small, that there isn’t enough space to put luggage or items. This hotel doesn’t have enough parking, which is crazy. Area is too loud.

I absolutely love the location. Beautiful pool and the breakfast was great-large selection and all very fresh. The check in was smooth and the girl at the desk was very friendly. The concierge Xavier was also super friendly. This is definately an upscale Fairfield Inn and a great value- compared to the cost of the other KW hotels this was a bargain and still very nice.

The staff was nice, house keeping gave us towels when asked. We cleaned our own room and opted not to have room service. We stayed a week. Pretty close to down town key west and all the museums.

The room and sheets were clean although had stains on them. Bed was a bit hard and uncomfortable.

We were pleasantly surprised with this hotel!! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The pool area was beautiful and well maintained. The pool has chasing fountains and is surrounded by lush tropical gardens. There are many chaise lounges and multiple poolside cabanas to relax and enjoy the peaceful, resort-like setting. A complimentary breakfast is served daily in an outdoor dining area next to the pool. It was well stocked and offered a wide variety of breakfast options. The hotel also offers a free shuttle service that drops off and picks up guests from downtown every hour. It was very convenient and we took advantage of it each day of our stay.

Our room was a little on the small side. While the hotel is obviously on the older side, the hotel lobby, pool area, and rooms have been updated. We booked our trip a few weeks ago and had limited options as far as room selection. Still very happy with our stay!

The taxi serves to drop and collect for the down town area wasn't great, as not enough spaces on the mini buses ,and driver wasn't sure another was coming ??? we ended up walking 40 minuets back as inadequate transport surpliced for the serve to run efficiently. so used our car and local bus the following day.

Room was a bit simple but if youre using it to go and do other things its ok. I wish we had been told what type of services concierge could have booked us when we checked in. would have been nice for a quick check or minute of options . we would have booked more activities. we didn't know.

I liked this location. It's very close to new town, but not too close where ya have tons of people right outside your room. The breakfast was good grab and go due to current issues. Bar was fantastic! The bartenders were nice to talk to and gave us suggestions that only locals would know. The Pool was nice. Not crowded with tons of places to lounge.

The only thing I didn't like was on the last day, I was laying on the bed after getting out of shower and the maid just walks in the room asking if we need room cleaning. Very uncomfortable being undressed and not being warned about room service. We were told we would have to ask for them. It was at 9 in the morning and check out wasn't until 11. To say the least I felt uneasy the rest of the day. When I told the staff they said they would talk to the Maid and would it would be a good learning experience..
